Not sure how fastenal is in business. Worst hours, worst selection & worst customer service. We have a national account with them & they make it impossible to work with or order from. Literally last choice every time & always a disappointment no matter how simple the order. Zero star!!!

Have requested a rep to come to our business many many times. They always schedule and make promises but never show up. Very disapointed.
