I have had nothing but stellar service and great results from these folks. Every year for the last 8 or so years, I get posters printed for a golf outing. Every year, they have a quick turnaround, the print quality is top-notch, and the pricing is fair. I have no reason to go anywhere else for my printing needs.

I stopped in tonight to drop off two huge packages and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was. Cody was working at the desk and he politely met me to open the door and take my packages as I struggled. He wished me a happy Holidays with the friendliest smile. I actually always love dropping off packages at FedEx. There is never a line and they are always much friendlier than the other 3 letter acronym store down the road. With Christmas craziness this week it makes my day much brighter. Thank you!

I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful person who took my phone call at this location this morning. Although what she helped me with was not technically 'her job' she was the first person in 5 days that was able to help and solve the issue. I truly appreciate her and her outstanding customer service!!! Thank you again for your help and kindness! It meant a lot to me.

This was my first time using FedEx, the Manager on Duty I think his name was Darrell was professional and welcoming, he made the process as quick and easy as it could have been for me. He helped me unload from my car, print a label, package, and send out my item with a smile. Additionally, This location is clean, with great equipment to use and overall is a few steps above any other mail carrier / sender I've been to. Thanks!

Avoid like plague, use any other mailing service. USPS/DHL/UPS etc.
The person at the counter insisted on the most expensive shipping option (overnight 127$ to Canada), refused to check other options when I showed him my phone screen ground shipping for 29$. He simply stated our in store system is different than the website. Made me fill out the the form and print the shipping label from my phone, (I had to pull a Karen on him, and asked to speak with a manager) Finally she told him to go back and select correct option, and lo and behold, it was 29$.
The fact that an associate was hell bend to price gouge was extremely upsetting, this is after the fact that I was sent to this location from a previous location who couldn't print the shipping label because the Fedex system was asking for tax exemption info etc. to be mailed to Canada.
Please fedEX train your staff better, I insisted that I have used the service before for the same price, and the genius behind the counter was giving me the speech about how the prices can change due to weather, its summer now so more people are using FedEx! ARE YOU ACTUALLY SERIOUS???!!!
Remember you inner Karen if you know the pricing beforehand and the associate insists you use their most expensive shipping option.
The whole interaction took 50+ minutes, when it should have only taken 5 minutes or so.

A 5k with nearly 2000 entrants requires quite a number of pages printed to enable the volunteers to know where to go and what to do, and to check registrations. We used this FedEx office for the 2023 Cedar Rapids Turkey Trot. They did a great job and were very easy to work with.

This FedEx location is great. Extremely professional service and prompt response times. I’ve never had a Negative experience here, and if anything ever went wrong, the staff was always quick to correct any mistakes.
