“Not trained on hazardous material”
Can’t ship out a laptop here because of the battery or a box of aerosol cans because the pressure. Employees on staff informed me they have no intention on getting trained and gave a list of excuses proving they CAN NOT be a leader in the shipping industry.
Take your business elsewhere or suffer the fate of driving out to the CID airport location (15minutes further then you already drove to get this bad news)

I had to get 4 pictures retouched (one through a fire. Seriously!) for my father who was leaving the country and not only did I get them the very next morning, they turned out FANTASTIC! Extremely grateful for the work they did. Super high quality job.

I called to ask a simple question to a human from fedex and robot wouldn't let me go any further without a door tag. She hung up on me without any way of talking to a actual human.

FedEx is horrible. They message you at 4am and say out for delivery then make you wait until 9pm to be told it won’t be delivered until tomorrow. When you contact customer service, they treat you like you are the problem. They ask if there are delivery instructions, and when provided, they completely disregard the instructions and leave your package in the rain to be ruined. Customer service is rude. They don’t pay their employees anything close to what the competition does so their employees all have really bad attitudes.

Was very hard to give even a one star review on my experiencebecause my perishable package was told to me that it would arrive within 3 days. It took twice at many days to reach its destination. Then everything was spoiled. I spent $46 on shipping and that didn't include the cost of buying it. I went back to this location to ask where the package was and find out about their 3 day guarantee. I was told by the manager that there are no guarantees on Normal delivery -only on express deliveries.Very very disappointed.I asked what happened why it took so long? I never got an explanation from the manager.Dont use Fed- Ex use another.

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time: Daryl was/is EXCELLENT. I came in with a big production job, and when he asked me when I needed it and I said, "like, now," he delivered. (Come to find out it would normally be a day's wait.) He was super amicable and friendly. Since my project was sentimental in nature with pages devoted to family members, and I left some blank pages at the end, we now joke that one of those pages is devoted to Daryl. We'll never forget the incredible customer service, and I highly recommend bringing your business here. Thank you Daryl for taking such good care of my project. I'll never forget your kindness and professionalism.

I have only ever dropped off my items that were to be returned at there locations however I have been satisfied and have not waited long or at all. I always ask for a receipt and they have always been friendly . This is a convenient location and will continue to use this location for my FedEx drop offs. I will keep in mind that they also offer other services. But at this point in time do not need them.

Just delivered live firearm ammunition to the wrong address, (hopefully not into the hands of a child.) Of course the only recourse offered was through an automated "help" chat, so if whoever those rounds were delivered to don't drop them off here or with FedEx I'm S.O.L. for the upcoming hunting season.
