I had been to this location in the distant past and was not impressed. It appears to have newer management and is run very well. I trust them 100%. The mechanics and manager are great and have integrity. They are personable and go above and beyond. Trust is hard to come by and these people have earned mine. I will continue coming to this location for all my car needs.

Great store. They found a 3 inch nail in a tire I KNEW had a leak that their competitors ignored! The "other guy" lost a customer while Firestone just gained one!

Had a terrible experience at a sister store, Tires Plus in Appleton Wisconsin.
This Firestone location took care of what could have become a disaster.

I came to them with a rusted bolt on my plate that I had been trying to get out for a week and they were more than willing to help me. They got me in super fast and got the bolt out in no time (and for free)! Other places were telling me I needed an appointment. Big thanks to those at Firestone for helping me with this!

One of the worst CR car repair shops to go to... I went there and they fixed a hose that had come off. Then not even 2 days later my car started to overheat REALLY bad. Brought it back to this location where they told me they ran my car outside in the parking lot for 2 hours and "nothing happened to it." And that I needed to take it to a dealership. Where then the dealership told me that this location blew my engine and now I need a new engine. Terrible Terrible Terrible would not recommend to anyone... now not only do I have a $13,000 car loan to pay off I also have to figure out how to get just about 3-4 thousand dollars for a new engine... what a joke...

They were very understanding of my need to change my appointment time on short notice and still got the maintenance done I needed in a timely manner- considering the fact that Ihad to come later than originally scheduled on what appeared to be a busy day. Marissa (and all the staff) were all very helpful and kind.

DO NOT PROVIDE AN EMAIL
The spam is awful.
For the price, and half the time of other tire rotation options in town this was spectacular. My white interior was in need of a bit of cleaning after the visit, though it was fine. I’m glad they have an EV friendly lift to change tires for me at a reasonable price.
I made the mistake of providing my email. I would not advise this. The first 3 emails were fine. To stop additional emails I figured I would leave the review they wanted, it was only 3 questions after all. Those first 3 hid 9 more questions, and another 5 or 6 after that. I would provide Firestone a 1 star review, though that would be unfair to this location which did their best, and did a great job.
