I've been going here for about a year and a half now and its always been a joy to come back and look around and chat with the staff. Prices are great and with a wide selection of gaming minis, dice, cards, and painting supplies. I really love the painted armies on display. It's also a great place to come and play a game or two of 40k, Aos, Magic the gathering, Pokemon, or even DnD.

Best game store in the Cedar Rapids area. Great selection of activities (board games, pinball, Magic the Gathering, table top minis) and the people are really cool and accepting, especially to newbies xD

95% MTG place sadly, barely any Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, YuGiOh, or anything. At least they have dirt cheap prices for Flesh and Blood.

Have been going here since the grand opening. Staff is amazing, atmosphere is incredible. Something for everyone. A ton of TCG's. Board games, role playing games, table top/miniatures, pinball etc. Huge selection of about anything your inner gaming "nerd" can imagine. Wonderful for all ages.

Once upon a time in CR if you wanted games and cards like this you had to go to separate hobby stores or comic shops and you had better know exactly what you were were looking for because while the shop keeps might know their main products- games, table top figures and trading cards were not usually in their repertoire. But for the last 11 years Steve and his motley crew have been changing that in this this brightly lit well stocked gaming shop. The selection here here is well varied and fairly priced. There is a nice selection of vintage pinball machine. One nice thing about this shop is if you are looking for a gift for someone but don't know the gaming field yourself - Steve has some very approachable and knowledgeable staff that are willing and able to help get what you need and want. Especially the main store manager who is sort of like Mel Brooks Character from Spaceballs - Yogurt, the wise and powerful keeper of the "up-side" of the Schwartz. He will guide you to the up-side and right side of whatever game you want to explore.

This place absolutely rocks! I love the atmosphere and the guy who runs the operation is just the nicest person you'll ever meet. Went there and picked up some absolutely amazing DND minis and some new dice (love their random dice bin) and am looking forward to my next visit!
