Walked into this supposed medical supply store, script in hand to pick up a.compression bandage for my husband's leg. They present themselves as a high-end boutique & have the snooty air about them to match. As soon as they looked at my husband, a long-haired senior, they had no time for him. She asked what type of medical insurance he had & without so much as looking at his prescription or checking into anything, stated that the insurance would not help him & turned us away. The whole thing screamed ofthe scene in Pretty Woman, when Richard Gere gives Julia Roberts money & instructs her to purchase a gown & the snooty sales people turn her away based on her appearance saying they have nothing for her. This is supposed to be a business that helps people who need medical supplies for at home care, but they are not in it for the service of people, they're in it for the money. I do not recommend this place if you want service from an establishment that cares for their patrons! Money is their bottom line!

Place has gone down hill. They need nicer staff. Wish there another company that offered what they do

I've had both extremely attentive and totally ignored experiences here. Very good selection of outrageously priced swimwear!

They were so helpful and kind. I had lots of bruising and incisions and they were so careful. The compression stockings are helping with the swelling.
