Had a great experience with my grandson at the build a fire truck event. He's only 2, so I did most of the grunt work and he painted and put the stickers on. We will definitely be back for the next event.

Ordered some picket fence posts online. They were delivered to my house east peasy. Did not match the ones I replaced well enough to use. Made it super easy to return though.

I wanted to create a DIY carwash for my grandsons cars and dinosaurs. Joseph at the Cedar Rapids store #2108 went above and beyond. Helped me design and pick out supplies. He was very mindful of my limited building skills. It turned out wonderful. Thanks you Joseph and Home Depot.

Horrible Customer Service, the people in the Lumber/Pro Area was the ruded person I've ever met. Literally left to take my business to Fleet Farm, Sucks I'd get introuble from the wife for going there so often ? Well never again. If you want good customer service then this location is not it, only the woman in gardening with colored hair has people skills. Well my 2000$ I had for Insulation and Hardware will be taken somewhere else.

Ordered a garage door. It took over 3 months to finally get everything resolved and now that it's taken so long they are not willing to assist me with a installer since my contractor had to take on other jobs.

Really bad experience with a zero turn lawnmower. Believe I was sold a "lemon" only used once for 10 minutes and hasn't worked since. Home Depot has been literally no help at all!

? I bought a washer/dryer set for a home I am remodeling and still not moved into yet. Once I started the washer w/o clothing, it was very loud. I requested someone to come out and look at it. They did.. ran water and said the sound was normal. I aired my concern as I told them I would not be living there for a few more months. They said that would be no problem if I had issues after I moved in. I'm still not in, but washed a bath towel and small dog blanket. The noise sounds like a freight train during agitation with two doors closed and the far side of the home past the kitchen that separate the laundry from the living room requiring me to turn up the TV volume to help drown the sound. I called and have been told that I cannot exchange it because I only had 48 hours which I was not told.
I recorded a video with the sound which I wish I could leave here. But Home Depot does not seem confident enough to make it easy to even leave a review.
? Shop Best Buy. They match or beat anyone's prices and back things up.

Do not use their carpet center. We got new carpet through them. They ordered the wrong carpet without consulting us or asking us which one we wanted. Then when we asked to get the right carpet they told us no and that we can take the wrong carpet and get $250 back or we can get HALF of the full order back to go elsewhere. We also had a staff member admit, in email, that they messed this up, not us. Are you kidding me? We have been battling with them for 24 days now and this carpet is for our daughter's nursery, which we can't set up because they keep jerking us around. Save yourself wasted time and money and go elsewhere.
