I have been with Garnett Place for almost 3 years now, and I just appreciate our team so much. You can tell we have staff that really care about our residents and want the best for them. It's because of them and their passion for making the residents' day, that I feel fortunate to be on their team working right beside them.

Today is my third day in training. I feel more comfortable and relaxed working with coworkers so far.
There is a system of communication and coordination between management and workers.
Greatest of this, residents are treated with respect, and in time.
