I've been a member for 2 months and they sent me a message on the day my fees were due saying my membership had been canceled. You pay a $100 fee at sign up to start your membership. I would choose a different place to work out. Very rude staff who work here!

No one answers the phone.Walked through the facility myself because no one at desk, but they were open.Ancient equipment that has never been taken care of.No one answers questions left on website either.

They don't answer their phones and they don't respond to messages online.Out of the five times I called the one time they answered the mousy person on the phone didn't know what the rates were and told me to call back in the morning. She did say eighteen dollars but then I was like for a month?I'm guessing that's their daily rate I don't know. I can't find out either because inIn the morning no one answered.I flat out walked in the door and took a tour of the place on my own because no one was at the front desk. Old equipment, some things didn't look functional.A guy on the treadmill told me only one of them actually works right, the others stutter and almost buck you off.I mean I was in this club for almost twenty minutes talking to people about the club the entire time no one was at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the hook.I used to work out at the gym for over a ten years back when it Was owned by New Life Fitness World. It is hard to understand how they let it fall so far through the cracks.

I read a review earlier that is exactly like my experience. I was staying at the hotel and decided to check out the gym. The gym booked antiquated and the people told me a lot of the equipment didn't work but I did like the hot tub and thought what the heck if it's not too expensive I'll try it out.No one knew the rates. I was told to call in the morning and then no one answered the phone.I came back took another tour of the gym talk to more people and there was no one working at the desk. Both times I was in this gym I was in it for over twenty minutes and I never saw an employee.I finally just took a full membership at my current gym and drive clear across town to use their hot tub.I was willing to spend more than I have to drive across town but, You really can't feel good about giving business to a place who can't answer the phone, Isn't willing to have someone working, And doesn't know how much they're place costs.According to the people working out there a lot of the equipment doesn't work.I think it would be real simple to make this place work you just need people that want to actually work for a living.

This used to be a good gym but it's really gone downhill . Machines are very old, some are completely out of order the rest are worn, squeaky, rusty, and out of adjustment. And for all that they raised the price. There are a lot better gyms in town for half the price. Would recommend anywhere else.

I love the gym overall but there is one worker I have an issue with. She constantly is checking out my little brother and watches us workout which can be uncomfortable. We even try to go when she’s not there just to avoid her. Overall great gym but one of the workers makes us uncomfortable.

Great locally owned fitness club. The free weight room is awesome and has everything I need. There is even a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna included in your membership. The best part is the 1000+ virtual exercise classes offered in the aerobics room. Everything is great. Highly recommend!

For me the gym is perfect, a great pool, decent equipment, and most importantly low traffic. I love being one of the only people at the gym and I love that they provide towels and aren't insane with covid restrictions as the YMCA became (which is why I switched to Gold Pointe). It's a great gym and Trevor is fine. The cleanliness is the highest of the three gyms I've belonged to. The locker rooms do not smell and do not have that layer of biofilm on the floor that legit every gym locker room I've ever seen has. It's a product of the low traffic - join this gym. It's a blessing to walk around in an immaculate locker room and not squish through biofilm with every step. Someone mentioned Trevor. He's probably on the spectrum (can you blame him for that or does the other person lack understanding?) I've found Trevor very friendly and I think that person is just self conscious in a way that does not know how to cope with interactions with the hyper male things-over-people-oriented genius mind those on the spectrum have.

I love the choices you have when coming into this Fitness Center. From the pool, spa, and sauna to free weights and and an aerobics room with over 1,000 virtual training videos and classes! You just can't go wrong. I would recommend to anyone, of any age! It's a hidden gem in this town for sure.

Great gym with different kinds of working out equipment. Many machines and plenty of space to workout. Along with that, there is a tanning area and swimming pool with a sauna room. Very kind and helpful staff!
