Organization of clothing could be better but this was such a great thrift trip! The staff was helpful and welcoming. It all made for a really enjoyable shopping experience.

I do reselling fir a living, And I have to tell you that I go to a lot of Goodwill stores In eastern Iowa. And this particular one is so loaded full of Halloween junk, and right after that Christmas junk, That it’s difficult to find one thing that I could buy. I went to the Goodwill stores in Waterloo and independence yesterday and found all kinds of things, and their stores are not full of junkie Halloween merchandise. What gives, it’s over the top

Nice size store with lots of clothes, including dressing rooms. Variety of new items like beauty, small tools, socks, and home goods. I like that they use donated reusable bags instead of plastic. It’s clean, and great location by the cinema. I’m giving 4/5 stars because of the infant clothes pricing and organization. All are priced the same regardless of sleeve and pant length. I suggest that boys and girls be separated and then by size. (Currently only by color.)

The store smells musty or dingy if you have allergies like me take your meds before getting in. The employees are generally rude, I have bought one too many broken things from there. God help me I go in to get some storage boxes that are cheaper than the stores and leave there so fraustrated.

I always shop in this store ,and for years I donate all my stuff to this store ,today I went there and experienced the worst experience in my life,I bought couple items and went to register and the lady asked to round up for a bag and I didn't hear and said what and then asked for a bag and she gave me dirty look and threw my items in the bag rudely. Never coming back here again

I love the Goodwill stores cuz you never know what you'll find in them and there's always great deals to be had no matter what you're looking for. It seems to be a much bigger operation than where I'm from back home in Rhode Island on the East Coast. I like that they're around to help people...

Tried to drop off a nice bookshelf. Elane told me to take it somewhere else. Went across the road to salvation army. I asked if they needed it and they replied "we will happily take any donation".

Came up here because they took Reboot away from Iowa City.It gets two shelves up here. Not even half the space it got down there - and they didn’t need two shelves for what they had for sale today. A tub of cords, a tub of corded mice, a couple of monitors and a couple of way out of date towers.The parking lot was terrible, the shoppers tended to be either pushy or oblivious, the store set up doesn’t encourage traffic to flow at all, and I kept having to jump out of the way of employees who couldn’t say excuse me.I’m at a loss as to why Reboot moved up here for less space. I won’t be back. Love Goodwill, but not this location.
