We saw a Chucky doll go through donations right when we pulled in around 12:25pm on Feb 27th 2023. I hurried to the checkout and asked the cashier Dylan if there was anyway we could buy it right now. He said he'd go back and move it to the front. After he went back he said it was getting priced and was on their table and they'd bring it out when it was done. After waiting for over 40 minutes. The manager (didn't catch her name but she was in a maroon shirt) was walking in back and I stopped her and tried to tell her what was going on and she immediately was rude and said "NOPE can't have it until it comes out here" and kept walking away.I wasn't rude to her about standing around or anything, I just was wondering how much longer.So not only did Dylan give false information, but the manager was rude as hell.

If i could rate this place a zero i would. I went in to meet my mom with my face shield on due to covid i cant wear a regular mask due to health issues so i wear my face shield into walmart,target,hyvee and many other places that have a mask required never have a issue and am in there daily. I planned to spend over $100 in stuff for my kids for xmas coming up the lady at the register very rudely yelled across to me in front of all customers telling me that i wasnt allowed in the store unless i put a face mask on with my shield. I told my mom to give me what she had i paid and i walked out lucky i even bought that. I will not be donating anymore to this place nor shopping here after the rude cashier.
