Came here a few days ago, I felt like I had a really simple haircut. All I wanted was a no guard on the sides, and a trim off the top.
No clue how, but the lady messed it up. Messed it up bad. High spots, random parts sticking out where it was buzzed, and I didn't even get a no guard buzz.
There's no point in me complaining to the store or customer service, all they'd want me to do is come back so someone else can screw it up again. Instead of complaining, I just went home and fixed it myself with my own trimmers.
Needless to say, I probably should've spent an extra $20 to go to a barber or people clearly more qualified.

Half of my haircut looks okay and on the other side is this monstrosity which does not match. The staff was nice but I do not recommend getting your hair cut at the Great Clips off Edgewood. Now I have to try and get this fixed. Such a disaster.

I went to the salon off Blairs ferry road in cedar rapids. I asked The stylist to trim the ends and shake it up. When I got home my haircut was terrible all I would do is flip out. Went back to the salon and had another stylist fix it. F my hair did not even connect to to sides of my hair. I will never go back to that Great clips again.

I stopped in here today to get a haircut and beard trim while visiting family, and I had the pleasure of meeting MJ. She provided absolutely wonderful customer service, an incredible cut and trim, and we had a delightful conversation. If I lived around here, I would absolutely make this my regular "go-to" haircut spot, and I would ask for MJ specifically every single time! She's really friendly and extremely talented at what she does. Great Clips may have a stigma attached to it for one reason or another, but if you come into this location and specifically ask for MJ, I'm willing to bet that you'll leave looking fresh and clean and beyond happy with the haircut and/or trim you receive! 5/5 stars MJ, it was an absolute pleasure meeting you, I'll definitely be visiting you again when I come back through this part of the country.

Went to get an update on a cut I'd gotten a week prior. The two stylists working were very professional and helpful. While one fixed the haircut, the other searched through the computer to find details about my previous cuts. Great attitudes and excellent teamwork! I left a nice cash tip when all was said and done.
