I got my hair cut because I had messed it up. Usually I trim my own hair so I only have to pay to get it cut maybe once a year so I have some sort of guide to trim it by. It has been prolly 2 years since I've had it professionally done n when I did she messed it up too. She was a very sweet lady n I'm not gonna say which location she was at cause it wasn't that she didn't want to do a good job she just thought she knew better than I did what I wanted despite trying to tell her repeatedly. So the next morning I called another location n they got me right in and fixed it for me. Was only a minor fix but that isn't the point. The point is that ppl make mistakes I don't expect perfection. What impressed me was the way I was treated in the aftermath. They have a satisfaction guarantee so I didn't have to go back to the same place n deal with the awkwardness of not wanting the same lady to fix it as messed it up.

Took my member to get her hair cut. The worst service I've ever had. The lady can't make a straight line, big chunk missing hair. Lady was rude, manners? I will never recommend Great Clips, they have the rudest cosmetologist I've ever seen. Don't forget who gives your EE's their pay checks. Bad hair cuts and word of mouth will ruin a business.

I decided to get a hair cut today. It’s been weeks of indecision. When it was my turn, I was sat in the chair and asked what I wanted. I shared that I didn’t know what I wanted. I have a bad habit of chopping it all off and hating it later. I’m a female who has never been a hair person. I throw it in a pony or straighten it. I have curls but hate the way they lay. This wonderful woman, Kristina, took the time out of her day to talk me through what to do. What products to use. How much product to use. And so much more. Never, ever, in the 33 years of my life have I EVER had such an amazing experience with getting my hair cut.
Stylist: Kristina - she said she’s a general manager. She’s AMAZING! And kind! And informative! And most of all, patient and understanding!

I took my 3 children here to get their haircut just before school started! I have NEVER seen such bad hair cuts! My 6 year Olds haircut was so crooked that they tried to hide it by fluffing his hair. I literally left great clips and went directly to their competitor to have all 3 of their hair fixed! Very terrible experience! This is an enter at your own risk hair salon!

First and last time. Friendly staff! But - you are not going to get a shampoo or a blow dry - even if you asked at the front. Stylist, new, was friendly but horrible in the end. I had -had- longer thick bangs, needed a trim. She cut them the length I wanted then said, I can texturize them a little. I agreed, however she proceeded to butcher them - cut out all my bangs. They went from stylish to … nothing. They are way too short, just awful. She made a weird comment too, “people are pretty picky about their bangs” Really? Ya think?? I’ll look rotten all summer because of her.
Stay away if you actually need something more than a three guard.

I usually go to different Great Clips around town, have had some ok experiences and some bad, HOWEVER I went last week to this one, and a stylist by the name Julie gave me my haircut. She was AMAZING!!!! She took her time, was gentle and at the end I was very VERY pleased. I have had a lot of compliments on my hair. Thank you to Julie for being the best!!!!!! :-)
