Meh.. not high on my Hampton list. Wish the app would notify you if the pool/hot tub is out of order. Digital key service wasn't working. Hilton Honors member should've gotten offered at least a bottle of water at check-in. I'm not asking for it, it's your job to know.It's an average hotel.

Pretty crummy. Sticky floors, dirty carpets, spa is broken, ice maker is broken. Rooms are tiny.Edit - the room smells like old cigarettes.

First thing upon pulling into the parking lot, I noticed 3 letters on the sign burnt out & the exterior of the building looked to be in need of a little help so my expectations were already low by this point. We arrived shortly after midnight to check in for my reservation following a late night show in downtown Cedar Rapids & had to wait over 5mins for someone to even notice I was there, then only to be informed that the King Suite room I had booked directly through Hilton not a secondary site was not available despite him seeing my reservation for one. So after a very short heated conversation I decided since it was after midnight & we just wanted to get some sleep we'd take the double queen room just to be able to go to bed. We head down the hall to our room & the keys he literally just programmed didn't work. So I head back to the desk where he informs me it's a glitch with daylight savings time & their system & the keys SHOULD work in an hour or so but that he'd let us in manually with a key fob. So we finally get in the room just to notice it's a little chilly. Check the thermostat & it's set to 69 degrees but sitting at 66 degrees in the room. So I turn the thermostat up to 70 & the heat seems to kick on so I thought all was well. Skip ahead & I'm waking up at 2am freezing only to see the thermostat now reads 63 degrees in our room. So I steal all the blankets off the second queen bed just so we could sleep through the rest of the night & be warm. If that wasn't bad enough the sink was broke & slowly dripping all night long so we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed as to not hear it. Then we finally checkout at 9:00 only for the desk clerk to only tell me thanks for my cards back but never once looked up at me when I said I was checking out or asked how my stay was. I thought I'd be safe booking a room hear since they're atleast a branch of Hilton but my only advice would be don't bother wasting your money.

Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at check in desk upon arrival. The hotel was short staffed. No cleaning service and none offered.The room had a very loud heating/cooling system that would turn on randomly even though we turned it off from the thermostat. The room had a very large water stain (several feet long) on the ceiling. Keys did not work the second day. Breakfast bar had lukewarm food, green bananas, and boiling hot coffee and to top it off there were two homeless people sleeping in the lobby booths were guests we having breakfast. I would never stay there again.

Good location, clean rooms, tasty hot breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff made this a great choice when looking for something close to the Amana Colonies (a short 20 min drive through lovely countryside.)

I would recommend this location close to restaurants within one or two blocks walk. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel clean.

Attitude of morning front desk was “not my problem “. Ladies the night before we great.Rooms: Bed was super hard, we love Hampton for their comfy beds….this was not the case, super hard

Micheal at the front desk very caring and empathetic to me as I shared my thoughts about visiting my daughter for a weekend trip. She offered tissues as I became teary and even shared that she has felt the same way when she visits her daughter.The housekeeper from Jamaica I think her name is Mary, she is an amazing woman. We shared small talk about life in Iowa. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location because of the people, the cleanliness and service is definitely worth the ratings of 5-Star.

The absolute worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in. Bathroom amenities were unfilled, the air conditioner wouldn’t stop so the room never got above 64 degrees at night, I had to wear socks as the carpet needed a deep cleaning. Had it not been for the fact that I arrived so late and the room was already changed, I would sleep in my truck.

Do not stay here! There was a dirty napkin in my sheets when I went to get in to bed. The smell in the hotel was not good and the area is not either!

Reasonably priced rooms. Good service. Bathrooms outdated. Personally we were told no smoking allowed and that our $50 deposit would be held if traces of smoking was present. Upon arrival of our room we Instantly smelled cigarettes and later found burn holes in the blanket on the bed. Immediately called to let management know so a misunderstanding was not taken place the next morning when checking out, they were completely understanding and again, offered good customer service.

The room was extremely disappointing. My guess is that this was another brand bought by Hilton. Smallest Hampton Inn room I have ever stayed in. I will not return to this location.Rooms: Horrible

One of my favorite stops when heading this way. Seems like an old hotel but they have kept it updated. Service was as expected and Emma was awesome. There is a gas station with beer within walking distance and an amazing sports bar almost in the same parking lot. Downfall is if you don't know how to find the hidden picnic table there is no place to sit outside. Most Hamptons have a bench to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or teas(which they had my brand). They do have the strawberry waffles as advertised.

Front desk lady was seriously abruptly rude. I would personally never take ur family here. There where drunks and druggies hanging out right in the parking lot. They just canceled my room brought the whole family on vacation and we had nowhere to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was not as clean as we would have hoped. Toilet looked as though it was just used. We arrived at 1:30a after a long day of road tripping, and we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The bed was fine, comfortable enough. On the positive side, they have an included continental breakfast, basic, but good in a hurry. They're pet friendly, and there is a largish area for dogs outside and a pool.
