It has changed ownership and it shows! When I first walked in the door they greeted me with smiles, not pushy, told me price upfront for what i was requesting. I had the best pedicure ever, with Lavender scrub. It was so relaxing! The lady that did my pedicure was extremely gentle, and did a flawless job! I tipped very well!

Usually a good place to go, but like they've been having a young girl in here that doesn't know what she's doing. I asked for acrylic nails with a French white tip and she ruined even the simplest, common design. She tried to redo them, and I told her that was her second time she messed them up and I will not go back there again if she is there. I was there before she messed up my ombré nails. Let's just say I didn't get the ombre nails, but I thought she could at least do a simple French tip design. Had her take them off and now my nails look like nubs. Will be seeking a new place.

Nails: I have gone to pretty much every salon in the Cedar Rapids area.
I look for stylists who understand and speak English well. I look for salons that don't continuously change their prices for the same servicesevery timee you get them done.
I look for skill and a genuine passion for their skill sets. Happy Nails checked all those boxes for me, and I won't go anywhere else while I'm in Cedar Rapids!
Payment: Consistent and fair prices. Best to tip and pay in cash.
Men: Was surprised and glad to see that many men come in for pedicures and even construction workers and mechanics come to get their finger nails cleaned out and grime removed from skin. Wish more men took better care of their hands and feet.
Eyebrows: Almost every time I'm here, I get my eyebrows waxed. Lisa shapes very well, and she always helps alleviate any and all inflammation and irritation I get afterward due to my sensitive skin. Which is ALWAYS appreciated!

Absolutely love this nail salon! Tony and Cindy are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome. They do an amazing job with my nails every time. I refuse to go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Requested style: My go to is the Nude (6) & White dip ombre for a more natural look. Today, I tried the stiletto shape for the 1st time and I think I'll get this instead of my normal squared with rounded edges.
Some holidays or seasons I'll change up the style and get a design and color that suits the "theme" I'm going for.
Cleanliness: The salon is well kept and tidy. I haven't any issues with infections or seen anything out of the ordinary.
Stylist: Lisa, the owner, is my go to stylist. She takes her time and makes sure you're happy before you leave.
Kim & Tia area great with designs and always accommodate my strange ideas I get around the holidays. Favorite was the vampire teeth during Valentines.

First time getting a pedicure. Worst experience. Still had dry skin at the bottom of my feet. I could’ve done better. I’ll never go here again.

The nail technicians at this salon are true artists.they pay attention to every detail and make sure you leave with beautiful nails. The atmosphere is relaxing and the prices are reasonable.
