Wanted to do online pickup today. Of course they are short staffed due to weather which I expected and gave them extra time. Have went through the pick up line twice now. I went inside to see how long and there are kids standing all over the place while two poor guys stand outside loading cards and delivering tough messages. Poor management. Bless those two boys and the ones that came in to work!

I stopped at this grocery store for some breakfast items on a Sunday morning. Everyone working seem to be friendly and very helpful. It's a large store with a huge selection of items. I think the prices might have been a little on the high side on the items that I surveyed while I was walking around. The store is very clean and like I said has just about everything that you would ever think you would need.

The staff at the Edgewood Road Hy-Vee in Hiawatha are saints! I was in desperate need of a prescription from an urgent care visit. The pharmacist contacted the clinic and was able to fill my prescription and get me on my way! Thank you Edgewood Hy-Vee pharmacy for superior service!

There Aisles online just isn't the same anymore at the begging of the year I'd say it was at least a 9/10 uoverall the service was definitely best in the city, but now everytime but the past few months the service has definitely declined that I've be using Marion location more instead of the Edgewood like the pick up crew is so clueless to what is even going on. I love the new setup you guys got but you need to do soooo much better service wise I'd give you gives a solid 3/10 now sucks to see such a great service go downhill so fast.

I went grocery shopping at Edgewood Rd Hy-Vee and found everything I was looking for. I bought a lot of fresh fruits and veggies as well as a fair amount of other foods. I walked up to the meat counter and was greeted by a friendly staff member who helped me pick out the meat I was looking for. I even walked into their Wine & Spirits department and was delightfully surprised at their amazing selection of craft beers. My whole experience at the Edgewood Rd Hy-Vee was great! Definitely plan to return to get more groceries in the future. They definitely seemed to have everything I needed.

This store doesn't redeem bottles and cans. The decision to stop accepting recycling is a poor one. Personally I would prefer to buy products that have a deposit at stores that accept returns. I will have to buy those items elsewhere now. And while I am at those stores purchase other goods as well.

This Hyvee location is perfect right off hwy 100. Its Clean the liquor section always has a great selection for the machine shop.

Overall, this is a really nice store and the employees that I interacted with seemed to be pretty nice. The location is extremely convenient and the store has plenty of parking which is nice! The reason I gave this review three stars instead of four is because when I went in to the store to pick up some items my mom needed, one of the managers (I believe it was a manager as they had a black name tag on while everyone else had a white name tag), was talking very degrading to one of the other employees that I assume was a high school kid working at the store. The manager was talking very loud and between his tone of voice and language the poor kid that the manager was chewing out looked like he was going to cry.

I will never purchase from Hyvee online again. They say they have the product online, just to get you to come in there. It is just designed to get you to come in to the store, don't fall for it. You may think they have it and then you drive 10 minutes to get there just to find out half your order is missing. Out of 20 things ordered, received 10 of the items, called and asked about this and they stated they have been out of one product for weeks . Why do you still show it available for aisles online. This is just to get you to come in, all for greed!

Honestly the lady who works the customer service who would not take my clothing return packages today really should not work in a "service" industry and who ever hired her should probably take a serious look at your hiring practices. If you are not going to take customers packages then don't offer a service to do so. I honestly was going to be a customer and buy something but your "overzelous employee" really then made me have to drive out of my way to drop off a package at a post office that easily accepted them and did not hound me with questions (it's just a return package). Please do a better job of who is hired at customer service, then you won't lose customers.

Am I the only one that grew up going to just one Hy-Vee and that was "your" Hy-Vee? I did, so when I moved to the other side of town and had to get used to a new store, I wasn't very happy about it. Edgewood Rd Hy-Vee has really grown on me though. The store is large, has a Starbucks, is well stocked, clean and the staff are courteous. I have even had to work with a manager on a coupon issue and they were so kind and helpful. In addition to all that, the store offers a salad bar, deli, cheese island, Chinese, Italian, bakery and more. So while it isn't my "home" store, it is quickly working it's way into my heart.

the Pharmacy continues to be disorganized and rude. pullud into the drive through, they could not locate prescription that had been called in hours prior. I addition, i needed sudaphed. They told me i needed to come in to the store to purchase. i had a sick little boy in the car. they could not simply take my name, id and payment through the drive through? you are fired.
