I called this store Johnson ave Hy-Vee asked for the Chinese department, they told me that they have sweet and sour sauce in cups again so I knew I wouldn't have to sit there and open 25 packets of sweet and sour sauce for my kid

I am an Instacart shopper and this hyvee is ALWAYS neglectful. Today I had a large order and waited in the aisles online area for almost 10 minutes before someone helped me. I even went to customer service first to let them know I needed help. They called over the intercom 3-4 times and I still didn’t get helped. It took an employee walking by to go grab someone to help me. Then, the guy that helped was rude and condescending towards me. He micromanaged the way things were in my cart and spoke to me as though I worked for him. Unfortunately, I didn’t say much at the time because I was in a rush to get my customer their order. Something needs to be done about the way this Hyvee handles their Instacart and Aisles Online shoppers.
