I have requested for Google to stop serving me I'm On ads. They won't! I hate I'm On. The technology is old and the company is paying out the wazoo for bad media placement with bad ads. I don't care about your cheesecloth!

My landlord was providing me with imon internet for the last 3 years and it was great! So great, that when i found out my landlord was no longer providing the internet, i signed up with imon myself. They had a great promotion going on too. They sent out a guy named NICK from CABLE PRO the next day and he set everything up like a “PRO!” Get it? Cause he works for CABLE PRO lol anyways i already had an ethernet cable but this guy made me a new one from scratch for free!!! Now talk about customer satisfaction! Give my mans a raise! For real

Had a technician named Caleb come out today in the Iowa area to help with our Wi-Fi issues. Really cool very friendly guy. He was able to find the problem and get us back online and running much smoother in no time at all! Thanks again Caleb!

I lose connection to the internet roughly 2-3 times per day. I have been through three different modem/routers and it has not resolved the issue. They are unwilling to offer any assistance unless we call them while the internet is down and they refuse to take any action other than providing us yet another refurbished modem/router.Easily worse than Mediacom at this point. Somehow.

I was visited by a sales rep at my business the other day and I was absolutely floored to learn they're charging $1,000 a month for gigabit fiber. That price is absolutely outrageous. Windstream themselves have better stability and only charge me 120 a month. I can't believe you guys are getting away with pricing like that. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I asked what 10gig would be and she responded proudly saying they're very competitive at $10,000 a month. Absolutely unacceptable. I can't believe they are getting away with that.P.S. Your commercials make me want to blow my brains out. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had an issue when they buried the fiber line. I reported it and Imon called within 10 minutes of the report and offered to get a tech out today. Gave me a time between 12-4 and the tech, Caleb, showed up at 12. He prompted diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and was on his way. Super impressed with the response time and Caleb's work.

We found out there was an upgrade in our area so we went from 100 meg service to 300 but we ran into some issues with the new modem we were given. Caleb came out and got us all taken care of and everything was back up and running in no time. He was polite and professional and very efficient. He identified an issue with our wifi 6 router (it was still running at 100 meg even after the upgrade) but ensured everything from ImOn's side was taken care of and fully operational and running at the correct speed.Caleb made this upgrade process as easy as can be. Our wifi 6 router is even running at full speed now on its own (since its a smart router it just needed some up time at the new speed to adjust). Thank you Caleb for your attention to detail and suggestions!
