I bought a sewing machine in March and was told I would have a free class to learn how to use my machine. This was very important as a new sewer, but now here we are in October and despite exchanging emails I still haven’t had a lesson. I am very frustrated with watching videos and struggling on my own. I so regret buying from this store! In hindsight I would have paid more money elsewhere to have some support and to actually be enjoying my project rather than avoiding it. So disappointed.

I inherited a sewing machine after my mother passed away this year. She had a Husqvarna Viking model 5530 from the '70s that she inherited from another family member. I had sewed with her minimally and it had been at least 15 years since I had.My pants had ripped and I needed to get them mended. I looked at a lot of options and I found a class that was offered at inspired to sew and I thought it was interesting so I signed up for it. I took a whole day off work to go to this class. It was interesting. I was able to learn a lot from it Mandy, who led the class did a great job. I was able to get my pants fixed as well so that was good. It's a really cool building with a lot of helpful people and resources. If you really want to get into sewing, my main goal is just to maintain the clothes that I have at this time and I was able to learn the skills and have the resources here to do that.

Shopped for a sewing cabinet...$50.00 to ship to your house and you having to assemble it is poor customer service in my eyes. What if you are elderly and have nobody to do that? If I am paying large amounts of money for a beautiful sewing cabinet I would want somebody that is a professional putting it together.

Oh my, where to start. Let's just say I am re-inspired! When I first walked in, Jen greeted me, and have me a tour of the place. I had goose bumps. Lol. Brittany answered my questions about purchases, trade ins, and classes. They also helped with instructions on how to do a project my grandson volunteered me for. Love this place and will be back.

Inspired to Sew is my go-to LQS for all my quilting and sewing needs. They have a never ending selection of fabric, supplies to make bags, notions, patterns and sew much more! Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I don’t use them for is their machines as I favor Husqvarna Viking and they are a certified Bernina dealer.

Excellent staff & customer service. Had an issue with my new to me embroidery machine. Called store & spoke with Kaylee. She called me right back & used FaceTime to solve my issue. Everyone is always so nice & helpful when I am in the store also.

Love Inspired to Sew! I had gone into another local store today hoping for some advice on a project and had a very negative experience. When I went to Inspired afterward, I was met by an extremely helpful person who seemed to genuinely care about my needs. She helped me find what I needed and offered to do some further research into parts for my sewing machine. Also picked up a TON of new fabric as they have great deals!Thank you Inspired to Sew - you helped pull my bad day back up!

After placing several orders online, I feel confident in saying this is one of the best fabric stores I've found! They're professional, prices are good, and they ship very quickly. One of my orders had an issue, and the store reached out to me and offered several solutions. Fantastic store - I only wish I could shop in person!

I would suggest NOT shopping here on the weekend. We literally picked out our fabric within 10 mins of entering the store and had to wait almost 35 mins to get the fabric cut and check out. There was a 5 person line at the check out and only one cashier. Very frustrated by the time we left.

I went into this store asking for polished cotton, which was a type of fabric I had seen mentioned in a historical tailoring tutorial. They didn't have it, but the woman I spoke to not only knew what might have been called polished cotton in earlier days, but also what the nearest contemporary equivalent might be. You don't get that kind of fabric knowledge at Jo-ann's.

A fantastic quilt shop I was able to visit while in Iowa. Sew many fun choices! Loved their batiks, solids room, patterns, machine embroidery patterns & supplies. Something for every sewist or quilter!

Wow! Speechless. Beautiful store layout, Excellent fabric selection, patterns, quilt kits, sewing machines, Long Arm Macho, Sergers, Accuquilt machines and Dyes. Most importantly, the staff are team players, they enjoy their work. There is no pressure sales. If anything, it is the reverse. Staff is extremely informative and made several suggestions to me how to save expensed. This allowed me to purchase other items I would not have been able to at that particular time. I really appreciate this.
