Just got our letters from the IRS! My refund was WRONG so getting $600 LESS and my husband's was WRONG also and now he OWES the IRS $578!!! What was it exactly that we paid Jackson Hewitt for?!? Never use your service ever again. We should get refunded the $224 we paid you to do our taxes!

We've been a client for awhile. But am hard pressed to say. That after the 8 hundred and sum we were charged this time. We more than likely are going to be using a different tax service next year.
