Ty did AMAZING today with my son and went above and beyond for us. Not only was he kind but he kept his patience with my wild toddler and got amazing photos. I will say whoever the person is who answers the phone and helps out was kind of rude and not very professional. I know this time of year can be hard I also work retail and it’s crazy but I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me on the phone. Overall tho I would love for Ty to do my son’s pictures in the future.

The whole experience was so great! Bryan Peterson really helped us out and made our time worth it. The photographer also did an amazing job and the photos uploaded super quickly!

We scheduled a session, arrived early, and still had to wait 15 minutes after our scheduled session time. We got in the studio and the photographer was clueless. She took one photo of each pose. When we went to review them, they were horrible. Off center, weird gaps between family members, awkward positioning, kids not all smiling. We asked to take a few more and were told we would have to reschedule. I am not getting my family all dressed up again on another day. Problem should have been fixed on the spot by the manager. Instead he brushed us off. Will never return.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend, A lot of the photographers seem like they hate their job and are rude. Seems like they’re always in a rush. And most of the photos never turn out good. For the price you pay here you can just spend it on a professional photographer who will make you feel like you’re not wasting their time and are happy to be taking photos for you! Plus they give you a lot more options for photo ideas than jc pennys ever would.

Thank you to Hannah and Brian for helping us get our order just right. We appreciated their flexibility with our ideas while taking the pictures. Having the ability to take multiple shots of the same pose would help with wiggly kids.

Our photographer Kari did not allow us to review the pictures by ourselves. We wanted to really look through them, but she kept her hand on the computer mouse and made it awkward for us to discuss. Oh, and she commented on one of my photos that my eyes were "squinty." I'm Asian.

We got family pictures done here and the ladies were absolutely fabulous. They were all very professional and very kind. The photographer was awesome with my kids and got them both to smile and act like they like each other for their pictures.

I needed some new cotton tops & boy did Penneys have them! All colors & sizes for $6, 7 or half price! Their quality of material is excellent. I have a couple tops that I bought many years ago & they are still going strong! No holes or stains, just great! And so smooth on the skin. I got 3 of them & some clearance items which were a fantastic price. So glad we still have Penneys in our town.

We had an appointment scheduled to have photos taken. We were told to wait outside lobby for a spot to become open. After standing outside for FORTY-FIVE MINUTES of waiting, without ever even getting to sit in lobby, we left. We never got out pictures done because of the 45 minute wait for our 15 minute photo session. A major waste of time, especially since we drove a half hour to cedar rapids specifically for this photography appointment that JCPenny failed to keep.
