I went into the store to buy fabric I waited in line to have it cut. The employee walked away to help at the front counter. When she came back she told me she couldn't cut it for me because they were closing in 15 minutes. I guess their bad service why they are going bankrupt. You can't treat your customers like you could care less if they make a purchase or not!

Waited 45 minutes in line for fabric cutting because 2nd person left other employee all alone to deal with extremely long line. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I can usually find all I need here, however the last 2 times I have come in to the store, the thread and zippers were not stocked. Approximately 60% of the thread was empty, and the Sports or long jacket zippers were also about 50% out of stock.

Adorable Halloween stuff out already! But yarn that was supposed to be on sale had no signage at all. Had to keep checking phone for true sales price.

Needed buttons for a sweater. Pretty good selection. Lighting is very poor—hard to match colors accurately. Saw no staff except the cashier.

They have a good variety of craft supplies, fabric, decorations and more. Great discounts at different times of the year like after Christmas. Good service and friendly employees.

If I were able to put ZERO stars I would. My mother in law, stopped into the store as a new customer, we are new in this town. She asked for help to find tie knot blankets so she could make a blanket with all three grandkids. The girl comes over, doesn't find what they're looking for AND PROCEEDED TO WALK AWAY SAYING NOTHING to my mother in law. Mother in law went to the counter with coupons after searching for other things she needed, coupons that were valid for Joanns and not expired. The coupons wouldn't work so the employee got the manager , the manger tried the coupon and it didn't work. So he decided to tell my mother in law that he couldn't apply any discounts today because he doesn't know how. Why on earth would a company hire people to work for them, some even as managers , that don't know how to work the computers or understand the company coupons. And I've never in my life heard of someone just walking away from a customer because they took couldn't find something. My family will be calling corporate if something is not done about this situation. Hopefully Joanne's can address this properly and professionally. I'm giving them a chance too. This isn't right.

My mom really likes Joann Fabric. She's going to do some sewing in a few sweatshirts of mine. Had to park kind of far away because all of the disabled spots were taken!!
