Al and Doug were awesome. Got there at 8 and was done by 8:30. Fastest oil change I’ve ever got and felt good about it. Usually I’ll go to a jiffy lube or something, which is more expensive, and they just get you in and out no sticker to let you know when to come back didn’t look at the car. Not at John’s, gave me the measurements on the tires, let me know there was no leaks, coolant was low so they topped it off and checked for leaks and said everything else looked good. I’m gonna bring my other car there next week and will continue to bring my cars there for everything. Professional, fast, thorough, at a great price!!! Can’t ask for more!! This was a great experience. Getting you car fixed is never fun. However they kept me up to date on the process. When I picked my car up the showed me the broken part and explained how it was supposed to work. Pricing was fair and the service was top notch. I would have given zero stars if I could have. I took my car there to get fixed and the hood was damaged while in their possession. They took zero responsibility for it and claimed that it happened in the parking lot so they are not responsible. I will never recommend anyone here as you can not trust your vehicle will be returned as it was left. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!Irregardless of the time frame you damaged my car. My insurance did NOT agree with you and I have photos showing the damage after it was in your care. Did I pick my car up to take it someone who wouldn't damage it and get the job done... ABSOLUTELY! What did you care? I picked it up from the parking lot and according to you your not responsible for anything in the parking lot. People should be aware of this kind of thing, if I had been aware I would have never towed my car to you.

I can’t thank Al enough for going above and beyond to get my sons car fixed right away. Long story short, the dealership we purchased our car from did not do any service what so ever before the put it on the lot. Come to find out the coolant had a leak, the car was over heating, the thermostat housing unit needed replaced as there was no heat in the car and the oil was jet black and nearly empty! Al called me at 7 AM and we were able to pick the car up by noon. Thank you Al.Service: Auto water leak repair
