I’ve visited this store 3 times this past month for Amazon Returns. The recent time was a girl working she was visibly upset and she started talking about her Manger “Audrey 1”……?? to another associate which i will keep their names anonymous. It was very strange hearing about this but my main concern is how Audrey apparently cursed them out and took away their break away because she had no returns and was on her phone. Very clearly abusive work environment will NOT be coming back to support this. The associate kept a friendly composer to me personally and was overall friendly to customers.

There are never enough workers at the cash register. I waited in line for 30 whole minutes to return an item, while one person was being helped, for that entire time. The line grew longer and longer. I finally just left and won't be wasting time shopping here again.

I am very disappointed that you earn Kohls cash and then can't use it as they apply it to your return even though you still have purchased 2 other items. Kohls cash is just a way for them to make money

Kohl's is the epitome of a modern day department store. Unorganized, over packed with crap stuff and a coupon program that you need to have a legal degree just to understand their terms and conditions. The only reason I go there is to return stuff to Amazon.

I do not understand why gift cards and excluded from your "peel off" discount program. Explain the difference between purchasing a shirt, pants, shoes or a gift card? Limit gift cards to $100 if you have a valid reason to exclude gift cards. It all looks like sales income to Kohl's. Am I wrong?

I don't like how they closed one set of the registers and you have to stand so long in line for just a couple of items. I definitely will not shop here Black Friday! Online will be the way to go.
