With the app, it's easy to find the product I'm looking for. Lowe's has a great selection and products I need and I don't have to hope I can find lumber that's straight.

1st time exchanging a Craftsman tool. Was kinda sad, ratchet has been there for me since 1991. New ratchet was slightly shorter... we'll see if it lasts as long. Got my replacement first, Customer Service was quick and easy... pretty painless.
