I had a fantastic experience buying my 2019 buick envision premier! The sales rep Alex Kuntz was very helpful and not too pushy. Got along great with the finance guy Jd! Would recommend to anyone needing a quality used car. Mine hit all the fancy buttons and I feel like I'm rich when I drive it!

Went in with credit of 730 and a few months later my credit was shot due to them still having the car I traded in still on file. The suv I got is already turned around in payments. This was my second car with them so I trusted their input. I now know that was ridiculous of me to do. So if you’re a female and your younger PLEASE bring someone with you that can help you and make sure you don’t set yourself up for failure. Dayton was my dealer, however I believe they’re all untrustworthy. Please take head to this review and don’t purchase anything through them.

Do not DO NOT trust there extended warranty it is full of crap so I paid for it never used it and I was told it was 75k miles starting at what I bout my current vehicle at I was told at 125k my miles would expire that's a lie a it expired at 75k miles which why would I buy the extend warranty with 10k miles till it expired I asked over and over before I bought it and they said yes when you personally drive 75k miles your coverage will end I've gotten 6 cars from these guys and now I will never go back I will delete this post once a week and refresh so people can see the review as current do not trust these guys they are out to get your money and scam you I never used it ever wasn't gonna use it today when I called I simply wanted to check on miles again brother your expired but brother what I can do for you brother is brother ill give you a good discount on another warranty brother and brother you won't regret it what can I do for you today brother that was his sales pitch didn't know they had hogan for hire moreless you cant trust these guys simple as that out of my 6 vehicles I've never sued my warranty

Pros: The staff were very friendly. COVID health practices were used. A big enough waiting room for several people to be safely 6 feet apart. Staff sanitized the seating area thoroughly. Most repairs were done on the same day. Text communication was frequent and questions were responded to promptly.
Cons: Diagnostic is a bit expensive, $120. There were several issues with my car. They only fixed a few. Then wanted me to come back and have the car looked at a second time (another $120+ I was told). My first repair cost $750. Another trip would have cost me another $120+ plus parts and labor. For $120 they should have diagnosed all issues the first time. I felt they were more concerned with squeezing every dime I had out of me instead of doing a thorough job the first time. I will not be going back for repairs and most likely even for oil changes from now on.
