No one likes having car repair bills. However Meineke on Council St in Cedar Rapids is very affordable and their mechanics are excellent in their work. We have never had to take our vehicles back because something wasnt fixed right the 1st time! Nathan is always very communicative and pleasant to speak with about what's going on with the vehicle. My husband and I have never been disappointed and have never spend money on unneccesary fixes. Thank you Meineke Staff for always being friendly and quick with our repairs. We Appreciate you!!

My 2015 chevy equinox has no heat. The team investigated and found the problem. The price quoted was free. I had to wait for replacement part to be found.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They take fantastic care of you AND your car! They always find a way to get my car done quickly and they do it well! I just recently brought it in for an oil change but had them double check some things a dealership told me I needed done when they fixed a recall- they saved me potentially hundreds of dollars by confirming I DID NOT NEED something replaced! I have never once had to go back for them to correct an issue, which is not something I could say for any other place I’ve been. I have also never had to leave my car for more than one day- usually only a few hours, which I’ve had to do at other places for less work! They have fantastic payment plan options as well if you ever need them! It is the ONLY place my fiancé and I will take our cars. They communicate well and never fail to have great customer service, if I could I would add more stars! I love Meineke and Nathan at the front desk is amazing!

Our first experience with Meineke was so pleasant, it took the stress off both my husband and mine shoulders. We had already spent so much to get the engine light off and they found that a piece was unplugged and there was nothing wrong. This company was a God sent to us!

They were FANTASTIC. My truck had a tricky problem and they were able to diagnose it, fix it and communicate well all within a quick time frame. The charges were more than fair and I was so happy to have my vehicle back and working well. Nathan was SUPER kind and helpful and didn't make me feel dumb for asking a lot of questions. 10/10 recommend. I will be bringing my truck here for any future routine or unexpected visits.

I had my tires replaced. Very professional and they take pride in their work. Pricing was fair and straightforward. There are many other shops closer to my house but Meineke has considerably better reviews and for good reason. Great experience. Will definitely come back!
