They only have one person working at a time but they get through things fast the people working are very nice and work the best they can with multiple people. Also helped get the best deals.

The girl lied to me about how much my phone costed. She told me it was 200. I didn't question her because she said it was the upgrade price. Turns out it was 314. Not only that but she told me my bill was paid for and I woke up and low and behold my phone was off. I went in and the dm gave me a 50$ credit on my bill. I greatly appreciate that because on the receipt it said nothing about my bill being paid. But when I was talking to her about what she said she didn't say yes I said that and let's see why I messed up. The only way we was able to handle things is by what she put in the receipt. So I went in there and spent 400$ then 2 days later I spent 89$. I never had this problem with the girl who was in there at first. I think her name was takia. I never have this problem at the metro on 1st Ave. That's where I'll be going next time.

They will take your payment, not apply it to your account and then give you a bogus receipt that is useless.

Went in to add cash to my account in order to pay for a top off on data because I use lots of hotspot right now. A simple transaction. the girl working was immediately rude, acting as though it was a very difficult thing to do. She also had her young child behind the counter while she was working? She didnt understand my request, got short with me, snatched the $10 bill out of my hand and then proceeded to take the $10 off my total bill and not add the data. I had to call the customer service line to get my messed up account fixed. Terrible customer service by LJones.
