This was our first time shopping at Midwest Mattress. We were greeted the minute we walked in by Ray, she was very polite and professional. I really liked that she started at the lower priced mattresses first and gradually moved up. Ray did a great job of balancing us and another set of buyers that walked in after us. I feel their prices are slightly better than other stores. We are very happy with our experience at Midwest Mattress.

We decided it was time to look for a new bed. We started our search by visiting furniture stores and happened to see a Memorial Day sale sign at a busy intersection for Midwest Mattress. We had never stepped foot in a store solely focused on mattresses. As we entered the store, the manager, Ray greeted us warmly. She was very knowledgeable, didn’t overwhelm us with lots of information and was professional. We came back a second time the same day to try out a bed that we had it narrowed down to. She respected our approach as we weren’t ready to purchase yet. We needed some time to process all the information and compare pricing. After sleeping overnight on the decision, we realized the best quality for the price was at Midwest Mattress. Ray was patient throughout the process and not pushy at all. We really enjoyed working with her. Can’t wait to get our bed delivered.- Chris

Jean was fantastic in assisting us to find the PERFECT new mattress for our teenage son. She directed him to the perfect fit by asking him questions about the importance of his sleep support. She also directed us to an AMAZING “Koala” pillow for those who snuggle in their sleep, we were so impressed we bought 2!!! Great place to shop, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Ray and her crew were great. They found a cheaper and better mattress for us and best of all our toddler had an absolute blast so it was totally stress free. They sold us the mattress cheaper than buy direct online too. Definitely worth checking out even if you think you already know what you want.
