Alicia was very knowledgable and helpful when it was time for me to replace my cell phone. She knew exactly what I wanted that would fit my needs. Alicia was great when I needed further instruction later to operate the new model I now have. I asked for her card so I could pass it on to others looking for someone to help purchase a phone from US Cellular. Too bad you can't clone her. Kudos!

I absolutely had the BEST service by Sara at the Blairsferry Rd US Cellular! I dropped my phone in the lake and couldn't retrieve it. She magically created a new phone for me with ALL my apps and helped me set it up within an hour. She was friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. I highly recommend this location and their staff.

Dan went above and beyond with his customer service in setting up our accounts and new phones. There were some glitches beyond his control and he handled them all with grace, patience, and a positive attitude. He was very knowledgeable and he made sure everything was set up and ready to use before leaving his store even though it was closing time. We appreciate his positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to ensure we had exactly what we needed. We will definitely bring all of our services to Dan- he was amazing and wonderful to work with!

Worst experience of all my years with US Cellular. Failed to apply the promotional credit on my new phone then sent me on a wild goose chase for a week! This last time I called the woman cut me off mid sentence then hung up on me. This is how they treat a long time customer. I am STILL waiting on the many call backs and credit adjustments I was promised over the last week. Seriously considering making the switch to another carrier at this point.

Got roped in to bundling home internet with the phone bill for faster speeds. We even asked the workers there if it would support 2 gamers/streamers in the household in which they told us yes, only to have the worst internet in the world only one device could be supported at a time and we were paying DOUBLE maybe triple what we were paying before. Bills were costing us $500 or more a month. I would not recommend this internet to ANYONE. And they made it extremely hard to cancel this service was a pain in the ass.

Went in a little before closing time but Dan Fitzgerald treated us like he just opened for the day! We have been a customer of this location for a number of years and a US Cellular Customer for close to 30 years. The kind of service that Dan provided is exactly the reason we come back!

I can't give enough stars to Dan Adin and Sarah for the help they gave me on my insurance claim on my phone. Customer service is great. Nice store that gets you in for service and tells you to come back if there is a problem. Thank you !!!!
