This used to be well maintained with the previous owners. Unfortunately it has gone downhill with the new owners. The entrance is dirty. I have found mouse droppings in my purses etc. The lights in the hallways don't work.I am currently looking for a cleaner, better maintained place to store my items.They also keep raising rates but make no improvements.

The storage units are clean and the owner was super nice. I was in a rush because I had to move out of my dorm due to the pandemic and I got the unit right away for a fair price. I will use this storage service again if I need to move. Additionally, I like that they started using security codes instead of keys because it allowed my roommate to easily move her stuff and I don't have to worry about losing a key.

I love these guys, not only are they VERY affordable but they are personable. Any time I've had a question no matter how small or large they always answer immediately, they are understandable and extremely polite. Anytime I know anyone is in need of storage I always recommend Northland. My only complaint is they need more units so when I send someone they have available units for them, but when your the best it's hard to be empty!

This was a great storage experience for us! Staff was responsive and handled everything we needed almost immediately. Pricing was fair and simple - and we had no problems or worries. They were very flexible and and helpful with us as we live out of state. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

It was time to have some room in the garage, so the boat and a few other things took a trip to Northland Self Storage! We’ve found it to be a great place, affordable, and some nice improvements including more lights, new security cameras and new roofing. We can make our monthly payment on-line and get in to our stuff anytime. Highly recommend!

Owner is friendly and quick to respond when needed. My storage units were clean, and I felt that my things were safe. New owner also invested doing an excellent job in maintaining the property (new shingles, keyless entry). I would lease space from this business again if needed. Thank you for being there during my moving transition.
