Northtowne came thru again for me. Our son was visiting from Portland and his bike front tire went flat and spoke broke. The spoke repair guy helped us right away when we arrived at the very busy shop and did not make us wait due to the immediate problem we had. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Derek was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He had me test ride bikes of different sizes to make sure that I got the best fit. He also spent time with me on finding a bike of my color preference of the same quality. Overall positive experience, and the definition of exceptional customer service.
