Wow! This is my second experience at this store where the employees have gone above and beyond to help me figure out a problem. Today, something started going wrong with my window and if it wouldn't have gotten fixed, I would not have been able to see my family for Thanksgiving. Aiden at the store had a great idea and it worked! Thanks for saving Thanksgiving, Aiden! I will definitely continue shopping here.

Don’t waste your time buying here. People are racist against minorities and have said things that are racist all locations. Ask yourself why there is no minorities working at any location in Iowa because they only hire a certain type of individual all minorities stay away do not give them your business.

January 21st I called this O’Reilly auto parts and talked with Drew?Drew had taken 2 of my phone calls for 25 minutes and then for another 7 minutes. You ask why does this matter, it’s his job right. Well it’s because he’s not just doing his job, during our phone calls I could tell he takes pride in what he does. I’ve had the privilege to have him help me out in my hometown O’Reilly as well before he moved down to CR (realized this when I stopped in and placed a face to a voice).Thanks again Drew for your help

I wanted to write a quick note of thanks to store associate, Lucas (Mt. Vernon Rd location), who could not have been a better representation of O'Reilly Auto Parts. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the store, asked how I could be helped, and was provided expert input on a suitable windshield wiper replacement. Lucas then enthusiastically, and quickly, swapped out my wiper blades on my vehicle. Maybe this service is standard for O'Reilly, but it was pleasantly unexpected and most appreciated. Lucas is the type of employee I wish worked at every business because it was apparent he was there to help his customers. People forget how important customer service is, but it was exactly this positive interaction that will ensure I'm a future customer. Well done!
