“I had a couple of very nice employees help me out with cutting a replacement piece of glass right before closing time. It was a smaller piece that was cut from some scraps that they had, so Skylar kindly charged me for a partial size. I went home to install the replacement glass and realized that it was accidentally cut an inch too short. I hurried back to the store, but it happened to be just after closing time. Skylar saw me at the door with the glass in hand, came and opened it up and asked if there was something wrong with the glass. I let him know the error and he made time, after hours, in the middle of closing, to cut a replacement piece at no charge, and did it all with a smile. It was truly excellent service and we’d all be a whole lot better off if there were more Skylars in the world. The whole team of employees were great. They made a return customer out of me.”
