“Walked in not knowing which direction to go for electric scrapper. Then not even a minute a really nice guy came and asked me if I needed help, l said definitely, told him what I was looking for. He said they didn't have them in the store they were on their Web site. He went to his computer looked it up asked me my info an " poof "my order was done . And so was i. Next time I go there I will spend some more time looking around. He was helpful, professional, nice and he knows what he is talking about. Excellent service”

“I've now adopted 3 wonderful cats from CVHS. Twiggy was adopted 4 years ago, she was the light of my life!! She stayed with my ex when we got divorced but is still twiggin around like she always does. On Aug. 1st I adopted a beautiful white cat (Snuggle) with heterochromia from them too and named her Yuna. She has such a sweet disposition and fits into my household perfectly. Yuna developed a UTI and they called their Vet Tech for me and gave me UTI meds for her for free. I love how they support adopters through the whole process and ensure the pet they adopted stays healthy. Staff and volunteers there are so extremely kind and helpful as well.

Updated my review just to say we adopted little Montee from CVHS to be a companion to my sweet Tuna back in December. This little adoptee my daughter sweetle named Canada. She was the runt of the litter of a pregnant stray that was brought into them.

Canada and Yuma are just the absolute best companions. They are Yin and Yang and often sleep curled together like the Yin Yang sign. Canada keeps my senior girl Yuna who is 7 still youthful and playful.

I have never had a single problem with any animal I have adopted at CVHS. Their staff is amazing and they really know how to introduce you to the perfect furry friend to join your family. Thank you CVHS for giving me 3 amazing fur babies to love on for the past 4 years <3”

“I've been a customer of Earl May for many years and felt it was time to write a review for them. Most recently, we purchased a tree from Earl May. We had a lot of questions before we decided which tree to buy and were helped by Ryan, who had expert knowledge on trees. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoyed talking with him, and he made me feel confident that I had selected the right tree for our yard.

Bradley planted our tree and was fast, friendly, and efficient. The tree looked so pretty after he was done, and my yard was cleaned up when he left.

Whenever we go to Earl May, we are greeted by friendly people. Earl May also backs up their warranties. We had a tree that, unfortunately, didn't make it. We had purchased the extended warranty on it, and they refunded our money without any hassles. I appreciate a business that backs up their promises and doesn't make it a nightmare to try to deal with it.”

“6/15/25 I do Instacart and have never shopped here before. If my cat knew the choices they have here he'd be mad at me for not coming more often! Anyhow I went in and had trouble finding some items. Because it is my job to shop, I rarely ask for help! Alicia was sitting down on the floor, stocking cat products and took the time to ask if I needed help! She got up and took me to product! I proceeded to get the other items and had one left. I asked a cashier if she knew where it was. She pointed and said if we have it it's in the next isle!? I go back and scan the isle again. I then seen Alicia and asked. She walked to the isle with me and asked if she could see the upc provided for the product. As soon as she seen the price she knew exactly where it was. Which was on a clearance end cap! The experience left me feeling like this girl knows what customer service is! I felt seen and valued as a customer even though I was shopping for others! Her knowledge of where products were and the fact that she knew the price had was lower than the norm was just priceless! Please don't EVER lose her, she's the best!”

“Nice store, a bit more expensive then competition. I did get some horse feed /rice bran that was moldy. Then I saw it all discounted when it was old and should have been thrown out.”
