Go to Petco instead!!!!!! My husband took my dog there to get her claws trimmed at 7 and was told by an employee that no groomers were in. He was advised to come back at 9:30. When he came back, he was advised that they don’t take walk ins until 2pm. There were 3 groomers present, 2 weren’t helping any other dogs at the time. One of the groomers asked the others “do you have time to help” and they both said no and walked away to do nothing. My husband is black, so I’m wondering if racism played a part. This is just very sad.

6/15/25 I do Instacart and have never shopped here before. If my cat knew the choices they have here he'd be mad at me for not coming more often! Anyhow I went in and had trouble finding some items. Because it is my job to shop, I rarely ask for help! Alicia was sitting down on the floor, stocking cat products and took the time to ask if I needed help! She got up and took me to product! I proceeded to get the other items and had one left. I asked a cashier if she knew where it was. She pointed and said if we have it it's in the next isle!? I go back and scan the isle again. I then seen Alicia and asked. She walked to the isle with me and asked if she could see the upc provided for the product. As soon as she seen the price she knew exactly where it was. Which was on a clearance end cap! The experience left me feeling like this girl knows what customer service is! I felt seen and valued as a customer even though I was shopping for others! Her knowledge of where products were and the fact that she knew the price had was lower than the norm was just priceless! Please don't EVER lose her, she's the best!

Made my daughter cry because they wouldn't sell a single gerbil had to be in pairs. Should be posted that way and not at that price. Very pissed off dad!!!

My baby did not get brushed very well. He had knots behind his ears. And I was called to pick him up and had to wait 20 minutes because he wasn't dry. Bre was super super super rude at check in . I would appreciate that Painten would not groom him again. I had to groom his ears at home

I accidently ordered at the wrong store. The cashier and manager were so super nice and helpful. Manager called the other store and had my order canceled.

This is a nice and clean store. They have you covered if you need something and while they have a wide variety, it's not as big as the Petsmart on Collins Road.

I enjoy shopping at PetSmart as much as my dogs & cat. This is one kitty of a few that are rescues, available for adoption. Donations can also be left for shelters. I love the convenience and prices.
