Took my dog in to get groomed and gave them specific instructions on how I wanted it....they didn't listen to what I told them and cut most of his beard off, (that I told them to leave 2 inches long)...Overall choppy crappy job!! I'll never take him back there again!!!

Tired to buy a replacement coy today, due to one of our coys dying due to the coy jumping out while we were sleeping on Christmas eve evening. When we got there we picked out a smaller coy than the two we had gotten before. The lady that came to help us asked us how big our tank was, we have a 55 gallon tank. Mind you she blamed us for stressing our coys out with a 55 gallon tank. Which is bigger than the tanks they have them in at the store. She blamed us for our coy dying, mind you we don't have a lid for our 55 gallon tank. Due to this tank being a gift from my dying mother. We had bought two coy that were large originally and the night manager was fine with it as long as we plan to upgrade which we do And she was really sweet. But besides that the lady that came to "help" us today was rude from the start. The coy we tried to get today was a small coy. Which would have been fine in the 55 gallon tank, for now anyways. But she said that not even a 200 gallon tank is big enough then why do you all have them in proubly a 20 to 30 gallon tank wall? Souldnt they just be in a pound in the store then? Like what? This was horrible service. As for the lady I didn't get her name but she had blue short hair wearing a hat. We came in around 9:30-10:15 am. Mind you the only reason we came in was because our coy was becoming stressed out due to the lost of its friend. As they say fish bought in pairs die in pairs. Please fix your damn services because this shit was ridiculous. Thank you have a good day.

The groomers here are inhumane. After telling me they were very busy, I came back after 3 hours to be told my dog had only been bathed and would need at least another hour because they had to do walk in customers. Messed up to stick my dog in a cage for what was probably 2.5 hours to do walk ins. I told them I wanted my dog back right away and they were "gracious" enough to only charge me for a 30 dollar "quick bath." I will not be returning to a PetSmart ever again.
