I can always find something here. Prices can sometimes be a bit ridiculous for name brand items- no matter the condition. I have no experience trying to consign clothes with them.

We went in with 2 items and we asked if they could look at them and the gal said yes. Than after we checked in they said it would be 45 minutes. I said that’s crazy but I understand. Than we proceed to look at things in the store and the 2 clerks at the counter decided it was ok to talk about us because I said 45 minutes was crazy for 2 items. If the employees feel the need to talk about the costumers than maybe they should wait til they have left the store. I found this really rude and unprofessional.

I spoke with a manager, "Emma" and she was just extremely condescending and honestly rude to me. Probably wont be back.

I found a few items to buy. Some were good deals. I had hoped to sell some items, but even with some new items still in packaging, what I was offered was ridiculously low.

i brought a whole trash bag full of clothes bought within the last year/year 1/2, everything was given back except two old graphic tee shirts??? i literally got $7.80. it’s even more frustrating when you’re looking through the store and a lot of the women’s stuff is shein or obviously out dated clothes. i had mom jeans that got sent back even though there was nothing wrong with them. the process for accepting clothing is horrible. the staff is friendly though.
