I use Ream every time the need arises. They always go above and beyond. But this time was extraordinary. Insurance was a stressful nightmare after a tree fell on my Jeep. I was ready to leave my insurance company after many years of coverage because of how difficult they were being regarding my repairs. Dale from Ream took on my insurance company with grace, style, and persistent patience. In the end... Dale and Ream put a smile on my face and got me mobile again. Aside from the insurance issue, other repair shops were scheduling 2 to 3 months out. Ream got my car in immediately when the insurance was worked out. Five stars isn't enough to express my satisfaction.

Incredibly grateful for Ream Auto Body. I’ve always been a long term customer. After a heck on an ordeal with my vehicle. I was subjected to doing the repairs myself. It was a nightmare. However Ream Auto Body saved the day!!!! I can’t express into words how grateful I truly am. Mary thank you for everything!!! First and foremost, I want to say customer service is key these days and this place has it. I hit a deer over the weekend and went in a Monday morning. Everyone knows Mondays, busy, crazy, and hectic. I showed up right when they opened. The lady at the front desk who I assumed was Mary the owner dropped everything to get me an estimate. Felt like I was royalty. Called me Tuesday to tell me parts were, left my car there, and it was ready by Thursday (about $2,000) worth of damage to front end. EXCELLENT service and great turn around. On top of that they left my cleaner than when I brought it in. Definitely recommend.Services: Painting

We were rear ended. It happened right before we were going to leave for a trip where we needed to haul a trailer. Ream went out of their way to meet our timeline and did a fantastic job on the repair. You don't see this kind of customer service and quality work very often any more. Ream Auto Body stands high above the rest.

I am very impressed with the service I received at Ream Auto body! My repairs where done quickly, my car was washed and they even vacuumed the inside!!! To top it off they gave me a ride to the car rental and picked me up! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends!

I had an incredible experience with Ream Auto when I needed the front panel of my car replaced. I was able to get in next-day for an estimate and was able to schedule the repair as soon as the parts came in. Mary explained everything very clearly and answered any questions that I had. The car was finished sooner than expected and they offered to pick me up at my house to come get it, and even stayed late that day to accommodate my busy schedule. I felt that I got a good deal for superior quality service. I will never take my car anywhere else!

If I could give 10 starts I would. I rear ended someone and there was no visible damage. My check engine light came in. It was the middle of November and there was water leaking. I stopped at ream to schedule an estimate. They were a couple days out, but checked it right away to assure me I had been running the ac, so nothing was leaking. Their estimate was half the other locations. Customer service was great through the whole process. We had something we needed that car for and they worked to get us in so we would have it back. Oh and getting it back … WOW!!! The car was completely detailed (we have kids and I work from my car). I was so impressed. While that car was being fixed our other car was hit. The experience with our other car was just as wonderful. This is a true family run small business and it show. Couldn’t be happier.
