Went to this store for new work boots, Jajaun was super helpful. All I had to do is tell him what I did and he pointed me in the right direction and showed me what could really help. Really good service, will definitely be back if I need anything.

Red wing never has boots in my size and the one time they did the boots don't last chep quality whit high price and don't honor employers vouchers and salesman wouldn't let get the boots in need he has to argue with you

I have been buying boots here for a few years with a paper issued voucher that is issued from my employer. Now this store won’t honor the paper voucher for boots and insists I need a digital voucher from my employer. My employer would have gave me a digital voucher if it was required. The paper voucher from my employer has very specific instructions on how to execute the paper voucher.

I have been buying my Red Wing King Toes boots from here for many years. Everyone that has assisted me has been more than great in my opinion. Especially over the phone for ordering and shipping my boots I wanted. One way that I have always gotten this treatment from businesses that I deal with is to present myself in a respectful manner first. The staff was not friendly, they were very busy. I ordered a $300 pair of boots and paid $15 to ship them to my house. Not only did they send me the wrong boots but they were the wrong size as well.
