Good service over the phone and getting you what you are wanting. But the delivery is just bad. Schedule a time for delivery on two items at separate times. Both times were the 3 to 5 time frame. Both times driver was not here in the time frame. This most recent time it’s now 605 and I’m being told he’s running late. The lady on the phone I couldn’t really understand her. Not sure if she said it was still coming tonight or not. Yet still cleared my day between 3 and 5 to only get told it’s not coming not even a phone call saying hey we can’t make it or hey we will be there in this amount of time. Had to call them to be told it was running late and from the way it’s looking not even going to show. Waste of my afternoon.Update it’s now 7pm store closed an hour ago. After calling at 5 and being told that they were still coming today they still have not shown up. Also didn’t mention this item has been paid for for going on 4 days now so half of my 2 weeks I pay at a time the store has had possession of the item. Why charge me if your not bringing the item on time and on the scheduled day to bring it. Again wasted yet another 2 hours waiting for nothing since they told me when I called that they were still coming. Not very happy right about now half my day waiting for them to not show up.

The workers at the Rent-A-Center on Wiley in Cedar Rapids do not explain everything when you rent itens from them and after they pick the items up continue to charge you monthly for a benefits plus fee. I called about this fee abd wanted my money back and was only refubded for one charge when I should be refunded for actually three charges looking back through my bank statements. The employee argued with me when I know what was explained to me and what was not and was rude.This is no way to do business and everything should be explained right away to the customer. Also you don't argue with a customer and tell them they are wrong especially if you are not the one who helped them to begin with... Very upset that they are getting away with taking my money!!!!

Called about a computer to rent... had it ready to go before I even got there... less than 20 minutes!! ... friendly people.. have 2 other rentals with them....
