I love the Hiawatha Sam's Club whether it's stopping to grab a few things or doing my monthly shopping. It's easy to get in and get out with the self check out process and even better you can use the Sam's Club app or scan and go it speed your trip up and get you out the door lickety-split!

I went to this Sam's Club in Cedar Rapids and was greeted kindly at the front door and decided to go over and look into getting a membership. After looking into everything, I decided to get a basic Sam's Club membership. The clerk at the Member Help Desk was very kind and informative. Then I proceeded to walk my cart around the store and found some great deals along with complimentary food stations along the way. Overall, good experience!

They need to take down displays that are sold out. I went in to buy some headphones that I had looked up two days before. The display was full of cards for each of the 4 colors that you could chose from. I picked my card and walked to the front to purchase them and was informed that they weren't in stock. Not only didn't they have them now but they did have them the 2 day's before. Talked to the store manager and asked why they would leave a display stocked with cards for an item that they haven't had any product and don't really know if they will ever get any more. She just said the company makes us and walked away. This happened last year when we ordered an item online and went to pick it up and was told that they showed there was on in stock but it disappeared. Both times worked didn't really care There is no costumer service at all here. I left my membership card in their trash can on my way out. This kind of stuff doesn't happen at Costco. Not yet anyway. and employee seem to actually care. Not really a big priority to Walmart / sams.

I love going to this location. It’s so easy to shop here compared to other Sam’s Clubs I visited in a handful of states. Always clean and organized.

Maybe if they hired a couple more employees to run the cash registers instead of relying on self checkouts and stopped rescanning every item on the way out the door, paying wouldn’t take longer than shopping.

I am standing in and have been for 30 minutes a line where 1 checker is checking. easily 15K in purchases. I politely ask if they are calling for help. Kim a manager bites back with "we only have 1 checker right now." I reply with "hmm 4 of you spend 5 minutes talking about weekend plans, then 2 of you are now staring at 1 checker, from afar, do her job. Amazon deserves to crush you. They can ship it faster than you check people out. The self checkout I would use to avoid the pompousness but oh yeah, their self checkouts wont let you use a debit card as a credit card. So way to hold a gun to the head of the customers you need so the location to close.

My husband and I had a rather disturbing experience at the Cedar Rapids Sam’s Club today. We went to the club to cash out our annual MasterCard rewards which was over $1,000. The customer service representative was pleasant and friendly, but announced very loudly the dollar amount of the reward. I am very mad and very disappointed in Sam's Club. We have been customers for over 25 years and when we had the restaurant we bought almost everything from there. We bought a red London Fog winter coat for Peyton 2 weeks ago. She wore it for the 1st time on Thursday. She also wore one of her favorite outfits that day too. Just from wearing it that morning it had rubbed off red all over her clothes. The skirt is dry clean only and is not likely something that we can replace.

I absolutely love going to pick up my prescriptions. Everyone that works in the pharmacy is patient, understanding, and kind. I actually feel like my service matters and I am part of their family. I also like having the option to call in the order, type in the prescription number, and get notified by text when it is ready so I don't have to wait when I get there. Highly recommend!

Filling my prescription always seems to be a hassle either on my part, the prescribers, or the insurance company's. The pharmacists here take the time to call someone, troubleshoot with me, and get me my prescription quickly and at the cheapest cost, all while being patient and polite. It's greatly appreciated.
