I think the dumbest thing yall could have did was change the time for any paying customer. In order for me to shop before 10am I have to be a plus member. So turn away a member because I don’t have a plus membership is absurd.

Absolutely the worst location I have ever been to, not sure why every employee you see is up front just standing there, refuse to help in any way. Staring you down as you pay, never felt so low while shopping. They really need some leadership in this area, adding unwanted stress to already hard times.

Just went through drive up pickup. The wait times are usually long to begin with (10plus minutes) but I’ve learned to deal with it. I believe this store has hit a new low though. After waiting 30 minutes today I decided to look at my app and see if it had the typical “sorry for the long wait a team member will be out shortly” message but to my surprise found a “thank you for your pickup order message” I call the store twice to figure out what’s going on and no one will pick up in the drive up area. The customer service operator wasn’t surprised and acted like that was normal for them. I then get ready to go inside and Lo AND BEHOLD find my order at the back of my car on the cart with NO TEAM MEMBER in site. I drive an suv and didn’t see the team member walk up. No one came to my drivers window to get my name like they normally do. No normal process was followed here. My order had an electronic item just sitting on the top of it with my food. There are SO many things that could have happened there. My stuff could have been stolen, it could have been loaded into the wrong car. I could have ran over and damaged the equipment had I not gotten out to go inside. (You couldn’t see the cart from inside my car) I called back to speak to a manager requesting the drive up pickup manager because 1. This never should have happened. But 2. I would hate for this worker to do something like this to someone else and find a customer who would come inside and yell at them. When the manager answered it wasn’t even the manager for the correct department and there weren’t steps provided to how they would correct this issue. This makes me think that its a known problem and they are just covering themselves so, I’ll be surprised if this even gets to a manager.
This is honestly a new low for this location. If you have a drive up pickup keep your eye on a swivel or this might happen to you too.

Just visited the Sam's Club in Cedar rapids, they're forcing people now to use mobile app at the cafe, cash or mobile app use only, not taking credit cards on their machine, which was unplugged.
Several people walked away frustrated, me and another customer tried to change our payment method within the app and it booted us out of the app, took 20 minutes to get a pizza slice combo just because of the mobile app not working properly. So frustrated I didn't even continue to do any shopping there. Saturday lunch time is a very bad time for the manager to decide to force people to use the mobile app especially for those standing in line trying to figure it out for the first time.

Visited store today, very unprofessional staff and head cashier at store, due to some misunderstanding two of staff members instead of dealing with an issue both used foul language to respond to my request. I was shocked how Sam’s club allows their team members to say whatever they want to their customers. Very bad practice and management in place in the store.

I purchased over $60 worth of Country Style Ribs for our family Thanksgiving dinner. They had so much fat and gristle, leaving very little edible meat. Good thing we like vegetables!

Look at other recent reviews and most are 1 star. This location has gone down hill recently. Their website, app, and Google clearly shows the cafe is open until 7pm on Fridays. Got in just after 6 and cafe was closed. Lights off and no one present.

The employees working at customer service have no clue on their own store's return policy let alone their manager. Had to call corporate to clarify what the return policy was. Drove all the way to another store to return something which if the manager had a clue I wouldn't have to. He told me it was each store's discretion whether they honor the store's 100% satisfaction guarantee. Very rude and clueless.
