“Alissa was our receptionist & so kind and professional. Another green acres storage Penske location sent over our 26’ moving truck with a giant hole in the top corner. She was upfront and honest that the damage was not safe or acceptable to drive. She called multiple locations to find us a replacement and offered us a discount in retribution of a mistake not of her own doing. She was apologetic and accommodating, and deserves recognition for great customer service. Thankyou so much Alissa and Tessa they helped an already very stressful moving process.”

“I made the crazy decision to move from Florida to Iowa. Cal was able to answer all my questions from Florida site unseen prior to the move. One important detail was that the moving company semi needed to have access through the storage facility. Cal assured, and it worked out perfectly. I called Cal at 7am on a Sunday to inform him the semi would be there at 8am. I was greeted by Scott. He gave a tour of the facility. He offered coffee and water to myself and the movers. The facility is very clean and secure. A small business in the community with integrity.”
“Customer Service here is TOP NOTCH - very responsive. Unfortunately, we lost our car keys that had our storage unit key attached. Our spare set of keys for the truck were located INSIDE of our storage unit. We called Sunday night at 6:30pm, and Bob (the owner) came out to our unit right away, and helped us get it unlocked. He was a life saver.
Also, I am very particular and was skeptical about putting our belongings in a storage unit until our house was done being built. The unit was so clean. We haven't had any issues with rodents or bugs. Also, the place is like Fort Knox with the gates/cameras.
Highly recommend!!!”

“It's a secret I can't tell you! Shhh.....that's STORbiz! Actually the father and daughter seem to work as a great team. Units are clean and secure. Until you bring in the dirt. I guess I would have clean up after myself better if there was a broom available. ? I did my best to pick up what may have been dropped tho. They do have a garbage can near by which is a plus and carts to move your heavier belongings.”

“Washed our van here after a trip from out of state. It did the job. It cost us $8 for the very bottom tier automatic wash (cheapest).
They offer soft touch or touch-free. We opted for touch-free with some of what our van has. We were concerned it would disturb things, but it did not damage our vehicle or disturb it. It was still clean enough to suit our purposes, too.”
“I rented from them for about 2+ years. Never had a problem. Easy to contact if you need anything or have questions, I recently stopped renting from them and already got my deposit back. I loved renting my unit from them.”
“We had our storage garage for 2 years over covid and no complaints! Convenient location and good prices. The on-site manager was nice and helpful. We also liked that the ceilings were tall, it allowed us to stack items on top of each other and fit more in the space.”

“The storage units are clean and the owner was super nice. I was in a rush because I had to move out of my dorm due to the pandemic and I got the unit right away for a fair price. I will use this storage service again if I need to move. Additionally, I like that they started using security codes instead of keys because it allowed my roommate to easily move her stuff and I don't have to worry about losing a key.”
“Convenient location, 24 hrs, security gate and can rent and pay monthly bill completely online. Clean. Has a coded security gate and monthly payment reminders. I've had no issues to date and have not talked to or even seen a single staff member yet”
“This place is awesome! It’s become impossible to get our 75 lb Labrador in the tiny showers at our condo. This place worked perfectly & was definitely worth the $13 I spent. Our girl Tula was comfortable using their bathing station & hopped right up into the tub! She loved smelling all the BBQ grill smells from Willie’s. The water was cold at first but warmed up after a few seconds. I brought my own shampoo to use but had extra time left to rinse so I added their conditioner. Now she is silky, smooth & soft! I’d come here again & definitely recommend it to anyone with a big dog.”

“Very large, well-stocked facility. But there was only one employee trying to help people rent trailers, trucks and storage space. My reservation was at 9am, but I didn't drive off the lot until after 10:30am. No excuse for having just one staff member working on a busy Saturday morning. She was doing the best she could, but just not fair to her or to customers to leave her all alone--not to mention the liability of leaving the store front empty when she was helping get trailers hooked up.”
