Without a doubt, the staff at this location make it worth the stop! Certainly the prices are a bit steep on most items, however the personality and attentiveness and pure congeniality of every employee that I've met at this location has been out of the world well worth the increase in prices. Another thing is is they have a great selection of items to purchase. One of my favorite rocks to shop is the beef jerky / meat stick end cap. I swear there must be 20 different kinds of beef jerky and meat sticks there delicious all the ones I've tried anyway. If you need to convenience store on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids I highly suggest that you stop at Shell on 16th Avenue Southwest you won't regret it!

Convenient location but sometimes their machines can be very slow. Like, slower than slow. Overall it’s safe neighborhood and decent inside so I will go here but if not in a hurry I’ll go down the road a bit to Casey’s- plus, more variety in gas at Casey’s.

Thieves! They stole my card info and charged my card for $120. Even if i bought a full tank of gas $60, a pop $2, and a bottle of Titos $20, my bill would never have been that high. Working with police and my bank to bring charges.

How to begin, I have no idea who is running this place anymore but that older lady in the am with the short hair and glasses is rude as rude can be. No patience, no idea what customer service means & etc. I can’t believe she is still there and no one else has complained about her yet or if they have why(?)is she still there. Heavy set lady begs for change and shots and seems to be whacked out all the time. The ladies who do chicken are NEVER clean looking and the chicken taste/smells like it’s been sitting out all day. The tall skinny man is a joke he plays several different roles to whoever he is talking to and then turns around and complains about that person after they leave heard him many times. Older lady with long hair seems pretty nice she’s just short on patience sometimes. Lady with short black hair, lady with bun and the big built guy are super nice. You always see those 3 go the extra effort for us. I’ve been secretly shopping here for 5.5 months now to get a good review and not a happy with my findings. If their was enough space write my full review I would be glad to. The mean(understatement)older lady and the chicken ruined it big time personally. The only reason I keep going if I absolutely must is the two lovely ladies and the big built guy. I always hope they are working if I have to stop their. Store in a whole itself is falling apart, bathrooms are halfway decent but have been nasty a lot lately, store + not handicapped accessible at all. This place is a joke minus a few good people. Gas pumps are slow and cc machines work 30% of the time outside and you can’t read the screen. They charge you a buck for a cheap mask, if you don’t have one you get yelled at like screened at once by this tall lady with long hair. I was completely shocked she was allowed to act like that as an employee. Prices keep getting higher and they are already high priced enough almost double other places. If you can stay away. I used to frequent their quite a bit before I decided to take this task of a review and the changes going on are not for the better and clearly visible. Time to change for the good. Sometimes no change is not a bad thing. Your changing the wrong things. Fix the store, fix the chicken (fresh), fix the pumps, fix the bad employees, then people would come back.2/10 Rating

Where do I start with this place. First they sale the coopers express chicken which I happen to love by the way and only cook enough to feed 10 people. Sandwiches are made hours early and left there till they sale out. Don't even cook half the stuff that the menu offers. The gas pumps are always broken. System is always down so that means that extra 5 cents off gas is out because accounts can't be used. Its just mis run. Maybe get a new manager to help with running the company efficiently and things would be done right.

Caseys will refund you if the pump keeps running. After all, customers are usually inside buying things and the pumps should stop.
