The shopping and buying experience was outstanding! I believe the gentleman that helped me was Dan and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The more we chatted and he got to know us the better we were able to find the right bed and best deal.
The delivery guys were outstanding! Super knowledgeable, gave some great tips and were very fast and clean.
We’ve since moved and those service folks were super prompt and helpful.
Great experience all way around.
The bed has been tremendous as well.

The ease of selection and purchase was extraordinary! Patrick our sales man was very attentive with out being pushy. That was refreshing in today's world. We walked out after purchasing the bed, and feeling good about the purchase.

Sleep number beds aren't worth the money and the warranty is worthless. My advise don't buy one, save your money. I've got one that is only 4 year old and has to go to the dump already.

Exceptional customer service from Anthony. Nice showroom, nice products. We decided on a model and it is like sleeping on a cloud. Delivery was prompt and those guys were very great, as well. Sleep Nymber is doing something right in regards to hiring very good staff.

Dan was very knowledgeable on the differences between the various beds and gave us plenty of time to pick the one we wanted and didn't pressure us which we appreciated. Hopefully when we get the bed it will be satisfactory but if it's not we have 100 days to decide.

You are able to figure out right there in the store if you and your partner have different mattress preferences, and you can make a decision if your sleep preferences are worth it or not. We decided it was worth it.
