I left the salon feeling quite upset after having Billie as my stylist. She was very annoyed when her coworker asked her to cut my hair after it had been washed by someone else. We discussed that I wanted curtain bangs and layers throughout my hair. I also showed a photo for reference and felt she barely took the time to acknowledge what I was trying to ask for and just began instantly. She was annoyed and was definitely trying to rush. She grabbed all my bangs and cut them almost eyebrow level without even confirming with me how I feel about the length. It’s very obvious after reading other reviews and my own experience that this stylist doesn’t seem to respect clients or have the qualifications to be responsible for styling clients hair.

Not good experience. The website is not good with online booking. There is no option to add styling with haircut. When I went there and asked for hair straightening, the other stylist who was not actually mine said she (my stylist) can’t do it because you had to call early!!
How would I know!
Won’t come again.

The hair stylist was friendly and knowledgeable. I was unsure how I wanted it cut but Moriah read between the lines and its cute.

Great place to get a haircut! Staff is fun, and place is very clean. Shannon is great with cut and color, and my eyebrows always look great after a wax with her as well! Definitely recommend.

Nicole cut my hair based on a picture I had shown her. She asked clarifying questions and gave me realistic expectations. She was very professional, yet easy to talk to. Because my hair is ridiculously thick, I went back in to have her thin it more because they offer a 7 day window to go back in for free. She was glad I went in and simply wanted me to be happy with my haircut, which I was. I will definitely be going back to her in the future...You should too, you won't regret it. Thanks Nicole!

Shannon does very well with my hair and my color. She’s very patient with me. She listens to me about what I’m wanting and she hasn’t done anything I haven’t liked to my hair. She is the best!
