If you can deal with a small parking lot then this is a Great place for Great service! Friendliest and most understanding staff. They are always willing to work with you and your paydates. Open 1 hour before the mall and open til 8pm ?

Went in around 7pm and 3 gentlemen were ready and waiting with smiles! I was greated nicely and treated with professional, Courteous, knowledgeable care!I had an unusual and misfortune of my wife getting scammed on Ebay for a purchase of a Tmobile SIM card that they stated was Worldwide 60 days prepaid Unlimited wifi. But in fact, Tmobile does not sell this according to the Corporate tech team! My wife paid $40 when in fact the SIM card was only a $10 prepaid SIM card. Please do not fall for this SCAM as it will waste a lot of your time investigating. Just take it ti the "Professional TMOBILE Team" like this location!Not only did they help me with this problem but they set me up with Tmobiles Home wifi and it really is amazing in our new apartment! It rocks just like Terell & Will do! Thank you TMobile Experts!Cheers!MAK & TESS

I could not discourage you from going to this location any more passionately. If only 0 stars were an option.2 customers in the store at 6:30, and the 2 employees in front stalled me out until 7 until the "safe was locked" to avoid selling me a new phone. The manager waited until 7:01 to come out and apologize like a doughy coward, then waddled back to hide in the back while I aired my concerns. In other words, the manager hid in the back and waited for a problem to solve itself instead of offering any assistance or support to a customer for over 30 minutes; without even offering his name. The entry level salesman, Grant, was similarly worthless, but he was just trying to do his job.Staff was disinterested, condescending and unhelpful.

I’m 85 years old and switched from Android to IPhone on Riley Odeans advice. I also switched from Verizon because of rate plan cost. Not only did Riley follow through on how much he said our bill would be but he also got everything from my Android set up in my new IPhone. I got a little frustrated after the first night and contacted Riley directly to see if he could help me learn the phone more. He spent an additional hour with me helping me regain access to my Facebook and other applications. It was great to finally have a sales rep follow through on every single thing he said. Keep up the good work Riley!Thanks Riley!

I've been trying to get my replacement phone from Assurant since July 21st it's been extremely difficult and frustrating. I finally asked to talk with John Langer store manager at this corporate location and he refused to help and hid in the back refusing to come out and help! Horrible store manager! As a previous store manager if I behaved in this fashion I would not have a job! The rest of the associates especially Dillon were extremely wonderful and helpful.. I feel extremely sorry for these store associates having to work for such a cowardly irresponsible store manager!

Very clean and well organized store. The staff is relatively helpful and knowledgeable. I wish they had a better selection of phone cases and accessories but they are no worse than any other cell phone store locally

Their assurance wireless phones are junk. Well I just got the phone and it broke. I'm supposed to have a year warranty on it as it's a government phone. They tried making me pay $40 to replace it. If it's under warranty why should I pay $40 it should be free under warranty. Shouldn't it be?
