Brought both of my kids here for haircuts last week. My son is 2 and we've struggled taking him to get his haircut at the few places we've been. Allie did amazing with him and was so patient. I was so happy with how she was able to get the back of his head and sides of his ears. We've had multiple places leave too much hair in those spots because he becomes too restless. Our 4 year old had her first haircut ever when we went there as well. She was very nervous at first but relaxed once she got her hair shampooed. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Absolutely horrific experience. Started off with a wash which was fine, but everything after was a complete disaster. It's important to note that I have curly hair and anyone that works with it knows that curly hair shrinks. So she pulls out the scissors and doesn't even part it at all and starts cutting. I tell her I just want ends and waterfall bangs. She cuts off the ends and that was an okay length, but then through adding layers ends up cutting off 3 years of length... I had no idea that it ended up being that short till I had the mirror and was even more horrified when it dried. I started with lower back length and it shrunk to JUST below my shoulders. Almost a bob. As for the bangs, she brushed the front hair forward and went to cut it all one length and I had to remind her that I wanted waterfall bangs and she started stumbling and was unsure how to continue. I should have stopped her there, but unfortunately I did not. She proceeded to pull the front section of the bangs and cut them in a straight line and then the rest in a slightly longer straight line. So now I have bangs that start at my eye and only cascade down to my cheekbone. Since she never parted my hair, one side is drastically longer than the other.
I am absolutely devastated as it will take many years to get back to where I was. I can't even look at myself in the mirror. It is absolutely shattering that someone that is clearly inexperienced took on a job that deals so much with someone's self esteem. I just... I'm so sad and mad and beside myself.

Another wonderful and beautiful experience with the best stylist Devlynn!!!
Requested style: I normally do cut, highlights and lowlights, regrowth of my grays with darker underneath. I decided in a change with adding purple this time. I wasn’t sure but as usual with the trust in her she did an amazing job with the mixtures of purple underneath and the peekaboos I love it and so happy I did it!!!
Stylist: I followed my amazing stylist Devlynn to the JCP Salon to continue to get her expertise and help with her creativity when I need help with the ideas I have. She always makes me comfortable and I know can trust in her when I am so indecisive!!! Communication is important and always a great conversation! Thank you for all our laughs and putting up with me Devlynn… You’re one of a kind and those are hard to find!!! Looking for a new stylist? I highly recommend Devlynn at JCP!!!

Came in around 11 o'clock on a Sunday morning, only a few other people there. I was able to get right in for a wash, haircut, blowout and brow wax. It had been a while, so I was a mess. The stylist helping me was very kind and was very good at her job! Helped me with product and signed up for rewards. Thank you!!
Stylist: I did not get her name, but she may have been like the manager possibly, Either way she was amazing!

I am super super grateful to Delia, to Lisa and to the team for taking care of me, for being supportive. I was really afraid of going from brown to blonde especially with my hair type and they were nothing but Amazing AMZING. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I requested an all over warm toned brown coming from black hair. The stylist said that it would take a few tries to get the exact color I wanted, but at the end of the service I was left with orange hair with black spots/streaks in it. I was also left with a stain on my face from the dye.This has easily been my worst experience with a "professional" in my entire life. I paid close to 300 dollars when most people do better with 5 dollar box dye. This was an embarrassing experience and I will never go back.

Everyone in the salon is so sweet and always complimenting. I had a color correction done by Allison a few weeks ago. It took about 4 hrs but allison was patient and my hair turned out amazing. When it comes to color there are a lot of really good stylists who can execute even the fun colors!

Lisa is a wonderful stylist and very talented at what she does! My mom and I have gone to her for our haircuts and colors for a couple years now, and have even followed her from her old salon to her new one here! Definitely recommend, the salon was clean, looked well maintained and relaxing.
