I love the employees there, they're all really nice to me and greet me with a smile... they are very caring about you and your money... unlike Area Payee, they actually are genuine with there service, and will always answer your questions to the best of their ability.

I have been using Total Financial Solutions for years now. I have no complaints or anything bad to say, just good. They are good at what they do and I have recommended them multiple times thru the years. I am saddened by the recent loss.

Im going to be switching payee soon because if you don't turn in receipts and forget to give them a couple that they give you extra money for that throw a big fit about it but no other pay I've ever been with has thrown that big of a fit I think people that work there near remembered they work for us we don't work for them so for everybody that's looking at this page right now thinking about going to them don't unless you want to be regulated like your underneath a micrifying scope and everything you do is being criticized and talked about when they have their little meetings so unless you want your life underneath of microphone scope and put on blast to everybody that works there then go right ahead but they not going to have my business soon so therefore everybody stay away if you know what's good for you

I have been with this company for over 20 years! When we first started with them our finances were a complete mess. They worked with us from the beginning and got us organized. Once that happened they helped us get the money for a overdue honeymoon. Along the way we have been able to purchase cars and a home. It would have not been possible without TFS. If you are willing to work with them, they can really help you to get on the road to better finances. They have also done our taxes every year, once we have everything to them that they ask for, we get them back in a very short amount of time and get us the most money possible!

The reply to your response: I handed in everything on JULY 5th! Don't use that deadline excuse, it makes you sound like a immature student! And I am the one who had to call and to email, in order to get some words from you. To give you some credit, you didn't charge me for this return. Let's share our true story! Please learn from my experience. I handed in my documents (in details) on July 5th. It is now September 21st, Nothing! After multiple phone calls and office visits, the only words I got from them is one email - your tax will be done by the 10/15 deadline; we will call you when it's done, etc., etc. What can you do when hearing empty words? Let's sharing your true experience here!

I would recommend using Total Financial Solutions for your taxes. I utilize their service for preparing my business taxes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in the tax laws and makes me feel at ease knowing I am in being well taken care of .

There are many reviews about these fine ladies. Some good some bad. You will only know which ones are true if you talk to them. Everyone has an opinion. Mine is that Paula and the girls have saved me a ton of stress and aggravation in my life. I truly love the work that they have done for me.

I hired Total Financial Solutions as a personal accountant to manage my bills, business expenses and cash flow. Their service was poorly represented to me despite my clear expectations and it was made apparent early on once entering into an agreement with the company that a cookie cutter approach was the only service they were capable of providing which is completely contradictory to their business model and marketing. Communication and customer service was extremely poor and interoffice communication among employees is just as bad. I am a professional person in the business of sales and customer service yet I am also a realist. Mistakes were made on both sides of the fence and my efforts to equally take blame were dismissed as ridiculous attempts to save myself $50. At this point I decided it was a good residence and parted ways then I discovered their mistakes would continue to haunt me! They made payment for something by mistake then asked in favor for me to pay them. At this point they were awfully apologetic as anyone would be when they want back money they gave away by mistake! The two gals that run the business are the new owners of a former business that may have survived on a good reputation in the past although I can assure you the way they handled their lack of service, quality, attention to detail and communication was not in an ethical manor nor will it contribute to their ability to build any long lasting business relationships. I paid them the money they mistakenly paid in their own lack of lack of organization because that was the right thing to do. I therefor would not recommend their offerings to ANYONE! My advice to TFS is to spend more time in trying to understand what their client's goals are and to take responsibility for their own actions in a professional manor especially when the other half of the party is willing to do the same. Lastly think a little bit more to what a dissatisfied client means to the future of your business and how they can negatively impact your success before you decide to collect such menial costs of doing business. I'm not trying to be slanderous but wished things were handled differently and believe I still could've walked away as a satisfied customer willing to make a recommendation despite the failing of our dealings.
